區(qū)域礦產(chǎn)資源的演化路徑與可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率評估

【摘要】:本文在對區(qū)域礦產(chǎn)資源的自然演化路徑分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對其可持續(xù)發(fā)展過程中需要解決的資源的配置、資源的替代和循環(huán)利用、代際分配、生態(tài)屬性、資源的耗竭及資源稀缺性等關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行闡述和分析;進(jìn)而基于特定區(qū)域的中等自給率方案(自給率為50%~55%)的仿真數(shù)據(jù),對其礦產(chǎn)資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展效率進(jìn)行了DEA評價,結(jié)果顯示該區(qū)域礦資源的開發(fā)規(guī)模在此種方案下是逐漸趨于合理和有效的狀態(tài);最后提出了構(gòu)建合理的區(qū)域礦產(chǎn)資源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、加強(qiáng)資源耗竭與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)急需的礦產(chǎn)資源的勘查工作、加大對替代資源的研究和勘查力度等相關(guān)對策建議,以期為促進(jìn)區(qū)域礦產(chǎn)資源的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。
