汽車(chē)混流生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)零部件同步供貨研究
[Abstract]:Automobile market competition is increasingly fierce, customer demand is diversified and personalized development. Automobile production has been transformed from single variety, batch production mode to multi-variety and small batch mixed-flow production. There is a high demand for the supply of parts in the mixed flow production. How to send the exact quantity of parts to the designated location in the accurate time is a big problem in the supply of the parts in the mixed flow production line. The synchronous supply mode can reduce the inventory of parts and components to the maximum extent, and it is an ideal mode of supply. According to the synchronous supply mode of parts in mixed-flow production line, this paper studies how to realize the synchronous supply of parts and components through modeling, which is of practical significance to the practical operation of synchronous supply of parts in mixed-flow production lines of automobile manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the actual operation process of synchronous supply of mixed-flow production line, this paper firstly classifies the applicable parts and components of synchronous supply from a qualitative point of view, and analyzes the conditions for the implementation of synchronous supply. Put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of synchronous supply. Secondly, the implementation of synchronous supply mode is modeled and studied. The initial model is optimized by analyzing the operation process and operation link of synchronous supply mode, and the optimized synchronous supply model is established. Thirdly, modeling and analysis are carried out on the specific related quantities that affect the synchronous supply, such as vehicle order collection quantity, delivery frequency, safe inventory and so on. At the same time, the queuing theory is applied to modeling the time of incoming and unloading links in the synchronous supply operation. The research of correlation quantity is helpful to the smooth implementation of synchronous supply. Finally, based on the actual survey data of M automobile manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzes the synchronous supply model and puts forward the improvement measures to the existing supply situation.
