[Abstract]:Nearly 50 years, our country carpentry machinery industry rises unceasingly, develops the strength. At present, the number of employees in this industry is more than 100,000, and more than 200 large-scale enterprises are mainly located in the Yangtze River Delta, Northeast China, Pearl River Delta and North China. The rise and development of this industry has brought great economic value and social benefits to our country. In recent years, China's economy has maintained a rapid and stable development, providing a good environment and conditions for the development of woodworking machinery industry. After China's accession to the WTO, it also provides a good international market environment for the development of the industry, and can make full use of both domestic and international market resources. In addition, some foreign capital has seen the economic development of our country and the opportunities provided by the demand of this industry, and has invested a lot in our market and joined in by means of joint venture or participation in the stock market. This situation is not only a pressure but also an opportunity. It is an important research topic that how the woodworking machinery enterprises of our country cope with the challenge and develop. Taking Yuncheng Tianhua Machinery Co., Ltd as the research object, this paper discusses some important problems in the development strategy of Yuncheng Tianhua Machinery Co., Ltd. Firstly, this paper expounds the relevant theories and methods of enterprise strategic management, and generalizes and analyzes the development of woodworking machinery at home and abroad. Secondly, based on the overall situation of industry development, applying the theory and method of enterprise development strategy, this paper deeply analyzes the internal and external environment of Tianhua Company's development, and establishes the development strategy mode of Tianhua Company by using SWOT analysis method. Thirdly, based on the analysis of strategic mode, the development strategic planning scheme of Tianhua Company is put forward. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy, put forward a series of major management reform measures. The results of this paper show that Tianhua Company should make full use of its Sino-German joint venture advantages, actively respond to the challenges brought by market changes, and establish competitive advantages through strategic business process reengineering, supply chain coordination improvement and other important measures. Eventually into the forefront of the industry. The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the development of other companies in the same industry.
