天華有限責(zé)任公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近五十年來,我國(guó)木工機(jī)械行業(yè)不斷崛起、發(fā)展壯大。目前,我國(guó)該行業(yè)的從業(yè)人數(shù)達(dá)十幾萬人,規(guī)模較大的企業(yè)已經(jīng)超過兩百多家,主要位于我國(guó)長(zhǎng)三角、東北、珠三角及華北一帶地方。此行業(yè)的崛起及發(fā)展壯大為我國(guó)帶來了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值及社會(huì)效益。近幾年來,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)保持了快速穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,為木工機(jī)械行業(yè)提供了良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境和條件。我國(guó)加入世貿(mào)組織后,又為此行業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了良好的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,可以充分利用國(guó)內(nèi)及國(guó)際兩個(gè)市場(chǎng)資源。另外,國(guó)外一些資本看到了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及此行業(yè)需求提供的機(jī)會(huì),也大量向我國(guó)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行投資,通過合資或者參股的方式加入進(jìn)來。這種形勢(shì)既是壓力也是機(jī)會(huì),我國(guó)木工機(jī)械企業(yè)如何應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)發(fā)展壯大,是一個(gè)重要的研究課題。 本文以運(yùn)城天華機(jī)械有限責(zé)任公司為研究對(duì)象,探討了其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定中的重大相關(guān)問題。首先,本文闡述了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論與方法,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外木工機(jī)械發(fā)展?fàn)顩r做了概括分析。其次,立足行業(yè)發(fā)展全局,應(yīng)用企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略理論及方法,對(duì)天華公司發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了深入分析,應(yīng)用SWOT分析方法建立了該公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略模式。再次,,基于戰(zhàn)略模式分析,提出了天華公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃方案。最后,為了保障發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效實(shí)施,提出了一系列重大管理改革措施。 本文的研究結(jié)果表明,天華公司應(yīng)該充分利用自身的中德合資優(yōu)勢(shì),積極應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化帶來的挑戰(zhàn),通過戰(zhàn)略業(yè)務(wù)流程重組、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同改進(jìn)及其他重要措施,建立競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),最終躋身行業(yè)前列。本文的研究成果對(duì)于同行業(yè)其他公司發(fā)展有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Nearly 50 years, our country carpentry machinery industry rises unceasingly, develops the strength. At present, the number of employees in this industry is more than 100,000, and more than 200 large-scale enterprises are mainly located in the Yangtze River Delta, Northeast China, Pearl River Delta and North China. The rise and development of this industry has brought great economic value and social benefits to our country. In recent years, China's economy has maintained a rapid and stable development, providing a good environment and conditions for the development of woodworking machinery industry. After China's accession to the WTO, it also provides a good international market environment for the development of the industry, and can make full use of both domestic and international market resources. In addition, some foreign capital has seen the economic development of our country and the opportunities provided by the demand of this industry, and has invested a lot in our market and joined in by means of joint venture or participation in the stock market. This situation is not only a pressure but also an opportunity. It is an important research topic that how the woodworking machinery enterprises of our country cope with the challenge and develop. Taking Yuncheng Tianhua Machinery Co., Ltd as the research object, this paper discusses some important problems in the development strategy of Yuncheng Tianhua Machinery Co., Ltd. Firstly, this paper expounds the relevant theories and methods of enterprise strategic management, and generalizes and analyzes the development of woodworking machinery at home and abroad. Secondly, based on the overall situation of industry development, applying the theory and method of enterprise development strategy, this paper deeply analyzes the internal and external environment of Tianhua Company's development, and establishes the development strategy mode of Tianhua Company by using SWOT analysis method. Thirdly, based on the analysis of strategic mode, the development strategic planning scheme of Tianhua Company is put forward. Finally, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy, put forward a series of major management reform measures. The results of this paper show that Tianhua Company should make full use of its Sino-German joint venture advantages, actively respond to the challenges brought by market changes, and establish competitive advantages through strategic business process reengineering, supply chain coordination improvement and other important measures. Eventually into the forefront of the industry. The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for the development of other companies in the same industry.
