質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)在A公司低缺陷光學(xué)減反射膜中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:A公司的低缺陷光學(xué)減反射膜的表面質(zhì)量疵病多,光譜報(bào)廢率高,,使得此產(chǎn)品的制造成本高,產(chǎn)能低,而這種低缺陷光學(xué)減反射膜通常被應(yīng)用在投影機(jī)和半導(dǎo)體封裝中,如果表面疵病多,投影后缺陷會(huì)被放大,嚴(yán)重影響畫面的清晰度和均勻性,A公司很難滿足市場對這種高端產(chǎn)品的需求;由于高性能低缺陷減反射膜的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性和重復(fù)性很差,而目前國內(nèi)外針對低缺陷減反射膜的質(zhì)量管理研究非常少,A公司要想提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,必須找到適合自己的質(zhì)量管理方法,所以質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)在A公司低缺陷光學(xué)減反射膜中的應(yīng)用研究必不可少。 本文通過分析A公司低缺陷光學(xué)減反射膜的生產(chǎn)過程,運(yùn)用質(zhì)量控制七工具中的魚骨圖、柏拉圖和頭腦風(fēng)暴,實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)等質(zhì)量管理工具,重點(diǎn)介紹針對生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的“MGF2濺射點(diǎn)子”“光譜不穩(wěn)定”“PDS打火點(diǎn)子”“SIO2點(diǎn)子及灰塵點(diǎn)子”等問題而采取的改善措施,利用統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制和失控措施計(jì)劃,來掌握與確認(rèn)低缺陷光學(xué)減反射膜在線制程是否穩(wěn)定,工藝制程能力如何,在大量生產(chǎn)過程中及時(shí)評估和糾正,避免不良品的持續(xù)發(fā)生。通過品管圈會(huì)議的人人參與精神,群策群力,生產(chǎn)過程中嚴(yán)格按照戴明環(huán)來執(zhí)行,經(jīng)過2年的持續(xù)不懈努力,低缺陷光學(xué)減反射膜的生產(chǎn)過程能力和連續(xù)生產(chǎn)能力穩(wěn)步提高。 質(zhì)量管理技術(shù)在A公司低缺陷光學(xué)AR膜中的應(yīng)用研究取得一定的成果,A公司不但達(dá)到了設(shè)定的質(zhì)量目標(biāo),而且建立了A公司的完善的質(zhì)量運(yùn)行機(jī)制,并將單獨(dú)的質(zhì)量工具,系統(tǒng)地連接在一起。從根本上提高了公司生產(chǎn)效率以及綜合競爭力。同時(shí),本論文對于A公司同行業(yè)或者是類似行業(yè)的企業(yè)能夠提供一定的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)以及理論參照。
[Abstract]:The low defect optical reactance film of Company A has many defects in surface quality and high spectral rejection rate, which leads to high manufacturing cost and low production capacity of this product, and this kind of low defect optical reflection reduction film is usually used in projectors and semiconductor packages, and this kind of low defect optical reflection reduction film is usually used in projectors and semiconductor packages. If there are many surface defects, the projected defects will be magnified, which will seriously affect the clarity and uniformity of the picture, and it is very difficult for Company A to meet the market demand for this high-end product; Because of the poor quality stability and repeatability of high-performance and low-defect antireflection film, but the research on quality management of low-defect antireflection film at home and abroad is very few, Company A wants to improve the product quality, It is necessary to find a suitable quality management method, so the application and research of quality management technology in low-defect optical reactance film of Company A is essential. In this paper, the production process of low defect optical antireflective film in Company A is analyzed, and the quality management tools such as fish bone diagram, Plato and brainstorming, experimental design and other quality management tools are used in the seven tools of quality control. This paper mainly introduces the improvement measures for "MGF2 spatter idea", "spectral instability", "PDS fire idea", "SIO2 point and dust idea", etc., and makes use of statistical process control and out-of-control measures plan. To grasp and confirm whether the on-line process of low defect optical reactance reduction film is stable, how to process ability, evaluate and correct in time in mass production process to avoid the continuous occurrence of defective products. The production process and continuous production capacity of low defect optical reactance film has been steadily improved through the spirit of everyone's participation, collective effort and strict follow-up to Deming Ring in the production process. After two years of continuous and unremitting efforts, the production capacity and continuous production capacity of low-defect optical reactance film has been steadily improved. The application of quality management technology in low-defect optical AR film of Company A has achieved some achievements. Company A has not only achieved the set quality target, but also established the perfect quality operation mechanism of Company A, and will have separate quality tools. Systematically connected together. Fundamentally improve the company's production efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness. At the same time, this paper can provide some practical guidance and theoretical reference for A company in the same industry or similar industry.
