義烏市供電局工程項目人力資源管理研究

【摘要】:隨著地方經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,電力工程項目的重要性和受關(guān)注程度越來越高,如何提高項目管理,加快推進電力工程項目實施進度,是當前電力行業(yè)很重要的一個課題。在項目管理中,“人”的因素極為重要,因為項目中所有活動均是由人來完成的。如何充分發(fā)揮“人”的作用,對于項目的成敗起著至關(guān)重要的作用。項目人力資源管理所涉及的內(nèi)容就是如何發(fā)揮“人”的作用。 本文首先介紹了義烏市供電局工程項目人力資源管理研究的背景和意義,以及國內(nèi)外項目人力資源管理的動態(tài),對全文的結(jié)構(gòu)和研究方法進行了闡述,理論是研究的基礎(chǔ)。第二部分主要介紹了項目人力資源管理的相關(guān)理論,從人力資源管理、項目管理逐步引出了項目人力資源管理的概念和內(nèi)容,并對項目團隊的概念和驅(qū)動力進行了理論研究。第三部分根據(jù)義烏市供電局工程項目人力資源管理的實施現(xiàn)狀和特點,分析縣級供電企業(yè)項目人力資源管理存在的問題。針對存在問題,第四部分從完善項目組織結(jié)構(gòu)間溝通、加強項目人員配置、強化項目團隊建設(shè)、培育項目團隊文化等方面提出了實施方案和對策。最后對本文的研究進行了總結(jié)和展望。 本文主要針對義烏市供電局工程項目人力資源管理進行研究,但縣級供電企業(yè)具有一定的相似性,特別是三集五大體系建設(shè)后,縣級供電企業(yè)工程項目的管理模式基本上是相同的,所以本文對所有縣級供電企業(yè)工程項目人力資源管理都有一定的借鑒和參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous and rapid development of local economy, the importance and attention of electric power engineering projects are getting higher and higher. How to improve the project management and speed up the implementation of electric power engineering projects is a very important topic in the current electric power industry. In project management, the human factor is very important, because all activities in the project are carried out by people. How to give full play to the role of "people" plays a vital role in the success or failure of the project. The content of project human resource management is how to play the role of "human". This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research on the human resource management of the engineering project of Yiwu Power supply Bureau, as well as the development of the project human resource management at home and abroad. The structure and research method of the full text are expounded, and the theory is the foundation of the research. The second part mainly introduces the related theory of project human resource management, from the human resource management, project management gradually leads to the concept and content of project human resource management, and carries on the theoretical research to the concept and driving force of the project team. The third part analyzes the problems existing in the project human resource management of the county-level power supply enterprises according to the present situation and characteristics of the project human resource management in Yiwu Power supply Bureau. In view of the existing problems, the fourth part puts forward the implementation plan and countermeasures from the aspects of perfecting the communication between the organizational structure of the project, strengthening the personnel allocation of the project, strengthening the construction of the project team, cultivating the culture of the project team, and so on. Finally, the research of this paper is summarized and prospected. This paper mainly focuses on the research of human resource management in Yiwu Power supply Bureau, but the county-level power supply enterprises have certain similarities, especially after the construction of the three-episode and five-big system, The management mode of engineering projects in county-level power supply enterprises is basically the same, so this paper has certain reference and reference significance for all county-level power supply enterprises project human resources management.
