衡陽(yáng)連鎖藥店發(fā)展策略研究
[Abstract]:Chain drugstore is an important form of Chinese drug retail industry. With the development of economy, the enhancement of people's demand for health, the ability of pharmacy to operate, along with the implementation of the new medical insurance policy and the increase of the national investment in the medical and health industry, the development of the pharmaceutical chain industry has appeared a transitional period. The size of the chain drugstore will be bigger and bigger. Only under the chain can the drugstore have the competitive advantage. It is an inevitable trend to carry out the chain operation. After the opening of Hengyang pharmaceutical retail market, Hengyang chain drugstore developed rapidly, and all kinds of model chain drugstores appeared in Hengyang drug retail market to meet the needs of customers. Hengyang's chain drugstores still have many stores, small scale, ignoring the development of rural areas, low human resources management and inadequate logistics and distribution systems, and there are also loopholes in intercepting sales and commodities in operating stores. Diversification under-developed franchised stores and company cooperation difficulties and other issues. This paper adopts literature analysis, comparative analysis and empirical analysis to study the reform of pharmaceutical circulation system in China, taking the opening of drug retail market as the starting point and the period from 2012 to 2012 as the research focus. On the basis of previous research, this paper introduces the development process of domestic drug chain industry, introduces the successful experience and future development trend of Haiwangxingchen chain drugstore. This paper points out the problems existing in the domestic chain drugstores and the reasons for the failure of the Sanjiu chain drugstores. This paper studies the development process of American and Japanese chain drugstores in foreign countries, its medical separation system, diversified development and management mode, customer-centered service concept, and advanced information management system. This paper analyzes and studies the current situation and deficiency of Hengyang chain drugstore, emphatically analyzes the management of Hengyang Minshengtang chain drugstore and Millennium chain drugstore, and probes into all kinds of chain ways. It is concluded that the self-built direct store is suitable for Hengyang market development mode, and the corresponding countermeasures and solutions are put forward to the problems existing in Hengyang drugstore. I hope Hengyang chain drugstore can reverse the current difficult situation, seize the new development opportunities, and embark on a sustainable and healthy development path.
