生物醫(yī)藥業(yè)共性技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究
[Abstract]:The strategic emerging biomedical industry is the deep integration of the emerging technology and the emerging industry, and whether it has the common key technology determines the success of its development or not. With the expansion of industrial scale and the intensification of market competition, industry common technology is separated from the enterprise as a service item to form independent producer services, and participate in all aspects of the development of bio-pharmaceutical industry in an all-round way. Become the main provider and communicator of new technology and independent innovation. It is an important means to control the future development direction of biopharmaceutical industry by attaching importance to and supporting the research and development and application of common technology in biopharmaceutical industry. The purpose of this paper is to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the whole strategic emerging biomedical industry through the study of industrialization of industrial commonness technology for biomedicine industry. The main contents of this paper include several aspects: firstly, this paper analyzes the background of the topic selection of strategic emerging industries and the development of common technology of industry, expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the topic selection, and draws the research framework diagram based on the research content. Secondly, the thesis summarizes the related theories of industry common technology and industrialization of common technology, which provides the theoretical foundation for drawing patent map and constructing model. Thirdly, along the growth route of technology foresight, supply and diffusion, we study the common technology of industry, and construct a common technology industry chain which integrates technology foresight, technology supply and technology diffusion. Fourth, on the basis of industry common technology, form a complete unified and logical system of industrial chain. In the aspect of common technology foresight, the patent map method is used to draw the comprehensive road map of common technology, and in the aspect of common technology supply, four kinds of organization forms are compared and analyzed: project organization, technology alliance, scientific research base and common technology research institution; Third, in the aspect of diffusion of common technology, the corresponding forms of diffusion organization are discussed according to the form of supply organization. Fifthly, the patent data of common technology in bio-medicine industry are collected, and the industrialization effect and influence of common technology in bio-medicine industry are analyzed. To draw a comprehensive road map of common technologies in the biomedical industry and a comprehensive map of the organizational forms of R & D and diffusion, The input-output efficiency of common technology industry chain in biomedical industry was evaluated by using DEA two-stage chain network model and collected and sorted out from 31 provinces, cities and regions in China. According to the research results, some suggestions for the development of common technologies in strategic biomedical industry are put forward. The integrated and unified industrial chain constructed in this paper provides the theoretical basis and practical operation method for the industrialization of common technology in biomedical industry, and makes a new exploration on the theory and practice of industrialization of common technology.
