國藥控股股份有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:中國改革開放已經(jīng)30多年,加入WTO已經(jīng)10余年,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)更加市場化,全球化發(fā)展,并且政策不斷改革完善,國內(nèi)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)出現(xiàn)復(fù)雜多變的競爭環(huán)境。國藥控股股份有限公司是目前國內(nèi)最大的醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)。在當(dāng)今中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中,面對艱難的行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境,國藥控股需要明確并發(fā)揮自我優(yōu)勢,改善提高自身不足,瞄準(zhǔn)行業(yè)市場機(jī)遇,避免不利因素,打造適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的競爭戰(zhàn)略,并保證發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的順利實(shí)施,以應(yīng)對復(fù)雜的行業(yè)環(huán)境和強(qiáng)大的競爭對手,使得企業(yè)保持行業(yè)領(lǐng)先地位。 全文共分六個部分:第一部分緒論,首先闡述本文的研究背景及意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上明確文章研究的主要問題,然后說明研究的思路及方法并給出全文總體論述結(jié)構(gòu)。第二部分是對相關(guān)的戰(zhàn)略管理理論與競爭戰(zhàn)略研究方法進(jìn)行回顧與綜述,了解戰(zhàn)略管理發(fā)展歷史和相關(guān)理論,以便在后文研究中得到啟示。第三部分是國藥控股競爭環(huán)境分析,首先對宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境等外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,然后再從幾個方面對內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,從外到內(nèi)對國藥控股的競爭環(huán)境及自身?xiàng)l件進(jìn)行研究分析,以便于在制定戰(zhàn)略時提供參考。第四部分是SWOT分析與戰(zhàn)略選擇分析,主要是SWOT模型方法對國藥控股的業(yè)務(wù)類型進(jìn)行分析研究,得以明確優(yōu)勢劣勢和機(jī)會威脅,從而找到國藥控股自身的競爭力,以便于選擇適當(dāng)?shù)母偁帒?zhàn)略。然后根據(jù)前面的分析與研究,制定出適合國藥控股發(fā)展的五個發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。第五部分是戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障,即為了能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)制定的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,需要各方面的配合和保障,也指出了國藥控股需要完善的問題。第六部分為全文的總結(jié),綜合以上各章節(jié)研究分析內(nèi)容,對全文做出文章結(jié)論,并根據(jù)目前的技術(shù)手段與資料有限性探討文章未來可完善研究的展望。 本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)為運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論和方法對醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)進(jìn)行分析研究,主要針對醫(yī)藥流通領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展機(jī)遇與威脅,分析企業(yè)自身優(yōu)劣勢,提出相應(yīng)的競爭戰(zhàn)略。從而打造明確國藥控股的核心競爭力,保持競爭優(yōu)勢,并希望能夠?qū)鴥?nèi)醫(yī)藥流通企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一定的借鑒和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:It has been more than 30 years since China's reform and opening to the outside world, and it has been more than 10 years since China joined the WTO. China's economy is more market-oriented, the globalization is developing, and the policies are constantly reformed and perfected, and the domestic pharmaceutical industry has a complex and changeable competitive environment. Chinese Medicine holding Co., Ltd. is the largest domestic pharmaceutical circulation enterprises. In the current economic development of China, in the face of the difficult competitive environment in the industry, Sinopharm Holdings needs to make clear and give play to its own advantages, improve its own deficiencies, aim at market opportunities in the industry, and avoid unfavorable factors. To create a competitive strategy suitable for the development of enterprises and ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy in order to cope with the complex industry environment and strong competitors so that enterprises can maintain the leading position in the industry. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, which first explains the research background and significance of this paper, then clarifies the main problems of the research, then explains the ideas and methods of the research and gives the overall structure of the paper. The second part is to review and summarize the relevant theories of strategic management and the research methods of competition strategy, to understand the history of the development of strategic management and related theories, so as to obtain enlightenment in the later studies. The third part is the analysis of the competitive environment of Chinese medicine holding. Firstly, the external environment, such as macro environment and industry environment, is analyzed, and then the internal environment is analyzed from several aspects. From outside to inside, the competitive environment and its own conditions of Chinese medicine holding are studied and analyzed in order to provide reference for the formulation of strategy. The fourth part is the SWOT analysis and the strategic choice analysis, mainly is the SWOT model method carries on the analysis research to the Chinese medicine holding company's business type, can clear the superiority, the inferior position and the opportunity threat, thus finds the Chinese medicine holding own competitive power. To facilitate the selection of appropriate competitive strategies. Then, according to the above analysis and research, five development strategies suitable for the development of Chinese medicine holding company are worked out. The fifth part is the strategy implementation guarantee, that is to say, in order to realize the development strategy, it needs the cooperation and guarantee from all aspects, and also points out the problem that the Chinese medicine holding company needs to perfect. The sixth part is the summary of the full text, synthesizes the above chapters research and analysis content, makes the conclusion to the full text, and according to the present technical means and the data limitation discusses the article may perfect the research prospect in the future. The innovation of this paper is to use the theory and method of strategic management to analyze and study the pharmaceutical circulation enterprises, mainly aiming at the development opportunities and threats in the field of pharmaceutical circulation, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises themselves, and to put forward the corresponding competitive strategies. In order to make clear the core competitiveness of Chinese medicine holding, maintain the competitive advantage, and hope to provide certain reference and reference value for the development of domestic pharmaceutical circulation enterprises.
