關(guān)于T公司供應(yīng)鏈采購(gòu)管理改善的研究

【摘要】:由美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)引發(fā)的金融危機(jī)席卷全球,世界實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)也嚴(yán)重受挫。以美國(guó)為首,歐洲、日本等各發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的內(nèi)部需求大大下降,其對(duì)中國(guó)產(chǎn)品的需求也隨之迅速減少,而中國(guó)作為一個(gè)對(duì)外部需求有著高度依賴(lài),多年處于貿(mào)易順差的國(guó)家,國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)在金融危機(jī)中受到了巨大的沖擊,特別是對(duì)外貿(mào)易型的企業(yè)。T公司是一個(gè)跨國(guó)EMS(electronic manufacturing service,電子制造服務(wù)1)企業(yè),65%的產(chǎn)品都是出口,在金融危機(jī)中自然未能幸免。客戶的需求大幅下降,訂單減少,管理成本上升,為了使企業(yè)能夠渡過(guò)金融危機(jī)的難關(guān),更多的壓力倒向供應(yīng)鏈,如何進(jìn)一步降低原材料成本,,改善公司現(xiàn)金流,控制供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高公司的利潤(rùn)率?供應(yīng)鏈管理遇到了新的挑戰(zhàn)。因此研究供應(yīng)鏈管理具有重要的意義和價(jià)值。 在此背景下,本文選取采購(gòu)管理這一議題,以跨國(guó)EMS企業(yè)T公司為研究樣本,根據(jù)企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)制造過(guò)程中的實(shí)際情況,以采購(gòu)管理及供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法系統(tǒng)分析了企業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)外環(huán)境,明確了T公司目前的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)劣勢(shì);通過(guò)對(duì)T公司供應(yīng)鏈和成本結(jié)構(gòu)的分析,明確了采購(gòu)在T公司的地位,對(duì)T公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的推動(dòng)作用;針對(duì)T公司采購(gòu)管理現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用定量和定性的分析方法,從控制供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn),減少庫(kù)存并控制庫(kù)存物流成本,提出從供應(yīng)商管理、采購(gòu)流程管理以及庫(kù)存管理三個(gè)方面的進(jìn)行策略優(yōu)化加強(qiáng)采購(gòu)來(lái)管理和提高T公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文是應(yīng)用型研究論文,屬于企業(yè)診斷類(lèi)課題,所提措施和戰(zhàn)略設(shè)想有待在實(shí)踐中檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The financial crisis caused by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States swept the world, and the real economy of the world was also severely thwarted. The internal demand of developed countries and regions, such as the United States, Europe, Japan, and so on, has greatly decreased, and its demand for Chinese products has also decreased rapidly, while China, as a country with a high degree of dependence on external demand, In the countries with trade surplus for many years, domestic enterprises have been greatly impacted by the financial crisis, especially foreign trade enterprises. T Company is a multinational EMS (electronic manufacturing service, electronic manufacturing service (1) enterprise. 65% of the products are exported, in the financial crisis naturally did not escape. Customer demand has fallen sharply, orders have been reduced, and management costs have risen. In order to enable enterprises to tide over the financial crisis, more pressure has shifted to the supply chain, how to further reduce raw material costs and improve the company's cash flow. Control the supply chain risk and improve the profit margin of the company Supply chain management has encountered new challenges. Therefore, the study of supply chain management has important significance and value. Under this background, this paper selects procurement management as the topic, taking T Company of multinational EMS enterprise as the research sample, according to the actual situation of the enterprise in the manufacturing process, guided by the relevant theories of purchasing management and supply chain. SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal and external environment of the development of the enterprise, and the competitive advantages and disadvantages of T company are clarified. Through the analysis of the supply chain and cost structure of T Company, the position of purchasing in T Company and the promotion of T Company's competitiveness are clarified. Aiming at the current situation and problems of purchasing management in T Company, this paper applies quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to control supply chain risk, reduce inventory and control inventory logistics cost, and propose supplier management. Procurement process management and inventory management strategy optimization to strengthen procurement management and improve T company competitiveness. This paper is an applied research paper, which belongs to the subject of enterprise diagnosis. The proposed measures and strategic assumptions need to be tested in practice.
