【摘要】：集成電路是國家重點發(fā)展的行業(yè)之一,它對整個國家發(fā)展意義重大。自2000年以來,集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)入快速成長期,全國各地投資興建一批大型集成電路生產(chǎn)線項目,這些工程建設(shè)項目都是一種紛繁復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程。而這些項目進(jìn)展是否順利,很大程度上與項目管理有關(guān)。本文針對這一現(xiàn)實背景,應(yīng)用對比分析的方法對集成電路生產(chǎn)線項目管理模式進(jìn)行了研究。分析了現(xiàn)有集成電路生產(chǎn)線項目的管理特征,研究了三種主要選用的模式：EPC模式,傳統(tǒng)模式和混合模式。提出了集成電路生產(chǎn)線項目管理模式選擇的影響因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上給出管理模式的選擇方法。以S公司深圳集成電路生產(chǎn)線項目為例,采用已給出的項目管理模式選擇評價方法進(jìn)行分析,得出合適的項目管理模式。
[Abstract]:Integrated circuit is one of the key industries of national development, which is of great significance to the development of the whole country. Since 2000, the integrated circuit industry has entered a period of rapid growth, and a number of large-scale integrated circuit production line projects have been invested in all over the country. These construction projects are all a complicated and complicated system engineering. And whether these projects progress smoothly, to a large extent related to project management. In this paper, the project management model of integrated circuit production line is studied by contrast analysis. This paper analyzes the management characteristics of the existing integrated circuit production line projects, and studies three main modes: EPC mode, traditional mode and hybrid mode. The factors influencing the selection of project management mode for integrated circuit production line are put forward, and the selection method of management mode is given. Taking the Shenzhen integrated circuit production line project of S Company as an example, the project management mode selection and evaluation method has been given to analyze, and the suitable project management model has been obtained.
