大規(guī)模定制服裝企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程建模及仿真優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著市場(chǎng)全球化、經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域化、經(jīng)營(yíng)跨國(guó)化的趨勢(shì)日益加劇,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈。在新的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中,大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)模式目前已被很多國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)所認(rèn)識(shí)和采用。服裝行業(yè)作為一個(gè)對(duì)屬性差異的偏好要求較高的行業(yè),大規(guī)模定制就具備了更為充分的市場(chǎng)潛力。與傳統(tǒng)服裝企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式相比,服裝大規(guī)模定制營(yíng)銷存在著明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì),做到了以客戶為中心,并且對(duì)顧客需求能夠快速反應(yīng),縮短了服裝的交貨周期。但這樣的優(yōu)勢(shì)也意味著大規(guī)模定制服裝企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程具有更多的復(fù)雜性和不確定性,如客戶需求信息處理量大、產(chǎn)品和訂單量差異性大、生產(chǎn)能力和加工時(shí)間等制造系統(tǒng)性能差別大、產(chǎn)能受勞動(dòng)力資源影響大等。這使得企業(yè)在做資源配置等生產(chǎn)決策的問題上面臨困難,因此有必要探討一種適用于大規(guī)模定制服裝企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程建模和仿真方法,充分利用有限的資源,優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)配置,不斷調(diào)整資源配置以達(dá)到動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整、管理流程的目的,通過計(jì)算機(jī)仿真和結(jié)果分析,對(duì)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中因不確定因素而產(chǎn)生的結(jié)果進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),并根據(jù)績(jī)效目標(biāo)有針對(duì)性地做出改進(jìn)措施,用模型的靈活性來適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的不確定性。 本文以大規(guī)模定制服裝企業(yè)為背景,在綜述前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立基于Petri網(wǎng)的企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程模型,通過仿真工具動(dòng)態(tài)性地找出影響流程時(shí)間的關(guān)鍵因素,以達(dá)到縮短訂單交貨期的目的。基于此,本文主要做了以下五方面的工作: 首先,詳細(xì)地論述了業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的特點(diǎn)、思路及方法;綜述了業(yè)務(wù)流程建模的四種常用方法,即:流程圖法、IDEF模型系列、時(shí)間流程鏈驅(qū)動(dòng)模型以及Petri網(wǎng)流程建模法;并詳細(xì)論述了Petri網(wǎng)的相關(guān)理論。 其次,選取Petri網(wǎng)作為業(yè)務(wù)流程建模工具,在基本Petri網(wǎng)理論和隨機(jī)Petri網(wǎng)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)要研究的企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程具體特點(diǎn),對(duì)其進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展,引出企業(yè)流程模型,建立了大規(guī)模定制服裝企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程Petri網(wǎng)模型,并對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行了性能分析,驗(yàn)證了該業(yè)務(wù)流程Petri網(wǎng)模型是活的、有界的、可達(dá)的。 第三,本文采用WBM仿真軟件對(duì)所建立的大規(guī)模定制服裝企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程Petri網(wǎng)模型進(jìn)行仿真分析。本文從訂單交貨期,即時(shí)間這一角度出發(fā),分析了業(yè)務(wù)流程的總時(shí)間以及各個(gè)活動(dòng)的持續(xù)時(shí)間,找出持續(xù)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)的幾個(gè)活動(dòng),并分析形成這些問題的原因,得出的原因可以分為兩類:資源分配不足以及因信息化程度低導(dǎo)致的處理效率低。 第四,根據(jù)仿真分析出的原因,提出兩類優(yōu)化改進(jìn)思路,即資源配置優(yōu)化及信息化處理方案。通過再一次仿真,驗(yàn)證了優(yōu)化方案確實(shí)縮短了訂單的交貨期,使得企業(yè)訂單的響應(yīng)速度得到提升,從而提高企業(yè)整體效益和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。 最后,在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了有待進(jìn)一步討論的問題。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of market, regionalization of economy and transnational operation, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. In the new market environment, mass customization production model has been recognized and adopted by many enterprises at home and abroad. As an industry with high preference for attribute differences, mass customization has more full market potential. Compared with the traditional fashion business model, the mass customization of clothing has obvious economic advantages, which is customer-centered, and can quickly respond to the customer's needs, thus shortening the delivery period of clothing. However, this advantage also means that the business process of mass customization garment enterprises has more complexity and uncertainty, such as the large amount of customer demand information processing, the difference between products and orders. Manufacturing systems such as production capacity and processing time differ greatly, and production capacity is greatly affected by labor resources. This makes it difficult for enterprises to make production decisions such as resource allocation, so it is necessary to explore a business process modeling and simulation method suitable for mass customization garment enterprises, and make full use of limited resources to optimize production allocation. In order to achieve the purpose of dynamic adjustment and management process, through computer simulation and result analysis, the results of uncertain factors in actual production are forecasted. According to the performance goal, the improvement measures are made, and the flexibility of the model is used to adapt to the uncertainty of the system. In this paper, based on the research of mass customization garment enterprises, the enterprise business process model based on Petri net is established, and the key factors that affect the process time are found out dynamically by simulation tools. To achieve the purpose of shortening the delivery time of orders. Based on this, this paper mainly does the following five aspects of work: first, the characteristics, ideas and methods of business process optimization are discussed in detail; This paper summarizes four common methods of business process modeling, that is, flowchart method, IDEF model series, time-flow chain driven model and Petri net process modeling method, and discusses the relevant theory of Petri net in detail. Secondly, Petri net is selected as business process modeling tool. Based on the basic Petri net theory and stochastic Petri net theory, the enterprise process model is derived by extending the specific characteristics of the enterprise business process to be studied. The Petri net model of mass customization garment business process is established, and the performance of the model is analyzed. It is verified that the Petri net model of the business process is alive, bounded and reachable. Thirdly, the WBM simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the Petri net model of mass customization garment business process. This paper analyzes the total time of the business process and the duration of each activity from the point of view of the time of order delivery, finds out several activities with a longer duration, and analyzes the causes of these problems. The reasons can be divided into two categories: insufficient allocation of resources and low processing efficiency due to low level of informatization. Fourthly, according to the reasons of simulation analysis, two kinds of optimization ideas are put forward, that is, the optimization of resource allocation and the scheme of information processing. Through the simulation again, it is proved that the optimized scheme can shorten the delivery time of the order, improve the response speed of the enterprise order, and improve the overall efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise. Finally, on the basis of summing up the full text, points out the problems to be further discussed.
