基于Partnering的電網(wǎng)設(shè)計項目分包管理改進(jìn)策略研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the field of power network design has developed rapidly. Taking the power network design department of a provincial electric power design institute as an example, the task is heavy and the secondary subcontracting of the design task is the inevitable choice of the provincial electric power institute. This paper analyzes the structure of power network design project subcontracting management after a provincial electric power designer manages the power network engineering design subcontract, and applies the theory of game, from the static point of view, to analyze the structure of the power network design project subcontract management. This paper designs a game model of the parties in the subcontract management of power network design projects, analyzes the strategic choice and behavior of the project parties, and studies and analyzes the causes of these problems. Then, from the perspective of dynamic development, using the evolutionary game theory and model, this paper discusses the generation and development of the partnership in the subcontract management of power grid design projects, and carries out model simulation to study the cooperative partnership in the management of power network design projects. Through the game analysis of power network subcontract design management, it is shown that the provincial electric power design institute and the small civil electric power design institutes in the society can change the antagonistic relationship and work together with each other. The cooperative state of information exchange can solve the problems in the implementation of the project, reduce the transaction cost caused by the information asymmetry, and realize the win-win result of the design and the other side. The practice process of a province electric power institute also shows that the management mode of innovative power network design subcontracting project can be established through the continuous improvement of basic conditions, the deepening of communication and cooperation, and the establishment of standardized management.
