【摘要】：如今,我國企業(yè)每年發(fā)布的社會責(zé)任報告數(shù)量日益增多,但與國外企業(yè)相比,在質(zhì)量和內(nèi)容上均有進一步改進的空間。本文以中國石油天然氣集團公司、中國石化集團公司、中國海洋石油總公司三家行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)的2011年度報告與2012年度報告作為研究對象,通過對三家企業(yè)社會責(zé)任報告的比較,歸納出報告的編制特點,并從報告內(nèi)容、編制依據(jù)、信息披露方式以及第三方審驗等方面做出分析,為提高國內(nèi)石油石化企業(yè)的社會責(zé)任報告質(zhì)量提供可行性建議。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the number of social responsibility reports issued by Chinese enterprises is increasing day by day, but compared with foreign enterprises, there is room for further improvement in quality and content. This paper takes the 2011 annual report and 2012 annual report of China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation and China National Offshore Oil Corporation as the research objects, and compares the three corporate social responsibility reports. The characteristics of the report are summarized and analyzed from the aspects of report content, basis, information disclosure and third party inspection and so on, in order to provide feasible suggestions for improving the quality of social responsibility report of domestic petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.
