【摘要】：以2008—2012年滬深股市350個醫(yī)藥生物行業(yè)上市公司為研究樣本,實證分析了RD資本投入、RD人力投入以及公司治理對不同專利類型產(chǎn)出效率的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),研發(fā)資金投入與專利產(chǎn)出顯著正相關(guān),政府研發(fā)補貼占RD投入比例只有在10%~60%這一區(qū)間時,才能對專利產(chǎn)出產(chǎn)生積極影響;高管技術(shù)背景比例、股權(quán)集中度、兩職合一與專利產(chǎn)出顯著正相關(guān),管理層持股比例與發(fā)明專利產(chǎn)出顯著負相關(guān);研發(fā)投入和產(chǎn)出之間存在1~2年的滯后效應。進一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)研發(fā)資金投入對專利產(chǎn)出的影響最大。
[Abstract]:Based on 350 listed pharmaceutical and biological companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2008 to 2012, this paper empirically analyzes the effects of RD capital input, RD manpower input and corporate governance on the output efficiency of different patent types. It is found that R & D investment is significantly positively related to patent output, and the proportion of government R & D subsidy to RD input is only in the range of 10% or 60%, which can have a positive impact on patent output. The proportion of technical background of senior executives, the degree of ownership concentration, the combination of two positions and the output of patent are significantly positive correlation, the proportion of managerial ownership is negatively correlated with the output of invention patent, and the lag effect between R & D input and output is 1 ~ 2 years. Further research found that R & D investment has the greatest impact on patent output.
