【摘要】：近幾年，隨著火電廠用分布式控制系統(tǒng)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得日益激烈，生產(chǎn)成本日趨增高，產(chǎn)品的利潤(rùn)不斷下降。在這樣嚴(yán)峻的形勢(shì)下，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量將會(huì)變得十分重要，質(zhì)量的下降不僅影響了成本，，更會(huì)影響客戶對(duì)于公司的整體印象。 本文系統(tǒng)地研究了精益六西瑪、精益六西格瑪在生產(chǎn)中對(duì)于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提升的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及公司使用精益六西格瑪?shù)氖找�，通過(guò)采集實(shí)際卡件在送達(dá)客戶手中后失效的數(shù)據(jù)，應(yīng)用卡方獨(dú)立性檢驗(yàn)對(duì)于卡件失效的原因進(jìn)行辨別，找出主要原因?yàn)榭ḿ陌b，在此基礎(chǔ)上使用改進(jìn)包裝設(shè)計(jì)的方法對(duì)主要原因進(jìn)行整改，達(dá)到了降低成本、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的目的。最后使用流程控制對(duì)改進(jìn)后的卡件包裝進(jìn)行管理上的控制，以達(dá)到鞏固精益六西格瑪在產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)后的效果。在現(xiàn)今如此激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中，精益六西格瑪能夠更好地為公司獲得市場(chǎng)以及提供利潤(rùn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasingly fierce competition in the market of distributed control system used in thermal power plants, the production cost is increasing, and the profit of the products is declining. In such a severe situation, product quality will become very important, the decline of quality will not only affect the cost, but also affect the overall impression of the customer for the company. This paper systematically studies Lean six Sigma, the advantage of Lean six Sigma in production for product quality improvement and the profit of using Lean six Sigma. Using chi-square independence test to identify the reasons of card failure, find out that the main reason is card packaging, on the basis of this, use the method of improving packaging design to correct the main reasons, and achieve a lower cost. The purpose of improving product quality. Finally, process control is used to manage the improved card packaging to consolidate the effect of Lean six Sigma after product improvement. In today's competitive market environment, Lean six Sigma is better able to market and provide profit for the company.
