【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)化三十余年的發(fā)展，中國(guó)制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)歷了無(wú)數(shù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)考驗(yàn)和市場(chǎng)洗禮，面臨國(guó)內(nèi)外新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與機(jī)遇，中國(guó)制藥企業(yè)如何繼續(xù)謀求發(fā)展是目前的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。但面對(duì)近年來(lái)人民幣持續(xù)升值、原材料價(jià)格逐步攀升、勞動(dòng)力成本日益上漲等問(wèn)題，，無(wú)疑對(duì)制藥企業(yè)的發(fā)展都造成了巨大的影響。如何提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率，降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本仍是當(dāng)下各個(gè)企業(yè)要解決的重要問(wèn)題。 本文以天津醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)津康制藥有限公司原料藥車間的格列本脲生產(chǎn)線為研究對(duì)象，運(yùn)用基于約束理論的DMAIC流程，對(duì)格列本脲原料藥各生產(chǎn)工序的產(chǎn)能提升進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和研究。 本文首先根據(jù)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀找出影響系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)能的各種問(wèn)題，定義出瓶頸工序；然后對(duì)其影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行量化，并建立回歸模型，找出并確定較為合理的相關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù)，通過(guò)有效的提升各工序產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，從而達(dá)到提升部分工序產(chǎn)能的目標(biāo)；最后本著持續(xù)改進(jìn)的原則，繼續(xù)找出生產(chǎn)體系中新的問(wèn)題，并加以改善，最終使格列本脲原料藥的產(chǎn)能和原料成本等關(guān)鍵經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)提升到一個(gè)較好的水平。 通過(guò)本文的研究成果，可為企業(yè)內(nèi)部其他產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)起到良好的示范作用，從而帶動(dòng)企業(yè)整體生產(chǎn)效率的進(jìn)一步提高，并使企業(yè)的管理水平更加科學(xué)和合理。
[Abstract]:With the development of marketization for more than 30 years, the Chinese pharmaceutical industry has experienced numerous competition tests and market baptism, facing new competition and opportunities at home and abroad. It is urgent for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises to continue to seek development. But in the face of the appreciation of RMB in recent years, the rising price of raw materials and the rising labor cost, there is no doubt that the development of pharmaceutical enterprises has a huge impact. How to improve the production efficiency and reduce the operating cost is still an important problem to be solved by each enterprise. In this paper, the Glibenclamide production line in the raw material medicine workshop of Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group Jinkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is taken as the research object, and the DMAIC process based on constraint theory is used. The production capacity of glibenclamide raw material was analyzed and studied in detail. Firstly, according to the current production situation, this paper finds out the various problems that affect the system capacity, and defines the bottleneck process. Then it quantifies the indexes that affect the product quality and establishes the regression model to find out and determine the more reasonable technical parameters to improve the product quality of each working procedure effectively so as to achieve the goal of increasing the production capacity of some processes. Finally, in line with the principle of continuous improvement, the new problems in the production system are found and improved, finally, the key economic and technical indexes such as the production capacity and raw material cost of glibenclamide are raised to a better level. Through the research results of this paper, it can play a good role in demonstrating the production of other products within the enterprise, thus driving the further improvement of the overall production efficiency of the enterprise, and making the management level of the enterprise more scientific and reasonable.
