航天三院員工激勵體系存在的問題及對策研究

【摘要】:隨著軍工企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)有的人力資源管理體系已經(jīng)不適應企業(yè)的發(fā)展速度,甚至會成為影響企業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。以航天三院的激勵機制為研究對象,進行的管理現(xiàn)狀、管理體系以及人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀進行探討和研究,旨在對用先進的激勵機制提高航天三院員工的積極性。本文在人力資源管理理論的基礎上,利用先進的管理經(jīng)驗,以航天企業(yè)和以人力資源和知識資本為中心的經(jīng)濟時代的到來為背景,以航天三院為研究對象,以航天三院的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為指導展開論述。 本文首先論述了本文研究的背景、激勵機制的相關國內(nèi)外發(fā)展動態(tài)和基礎理論,對激勵的概念、內(nèi)容、方法等因素做出了分析和界定,,并選擇性的介紹了本文將用到的三部分激勵機制的內(nèi)容,這些構成了航天三院激勵機制的理論基礎。第二部分對航天三院的管理現(xiàn)狀、組織結構以及人力資源狀況進行分析,對現(xiàn)有的激勵機制進行詳細的剖析,并指出其在運行過程中暴露出來的缺點和不足,,第三部分在前兩部分研究的基礎上,結合實際需要,對航天三院的激勵機制進行設計,提出以薪酬激勵為主以精神激勵為輔的激勵體系。第四部分是為激勵機制的順利實施設計的保障措施,通過這些措施的有效執(zhí)行,為改進后的激勵機制在航天三院的成功實施提供現(xiàn)實基礎保障。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of military enterprises, the existing human resource management system can not adapt to the development of enterprises, and even become a factor that affects the development of enterprises. Taking the incentive mechanism of the third Aerospace Hospital as the research object, the present situation of the management, the management system and the present situation of the management of human resources are discussed and studied in order to improve the enthusiasm of the staff of the third Hospital of Aerospace by using the advanced incentive mechanism. Based on the theory of human resource management, this paper makes use of advanced management experience, taking the arrival of aerospace enterprises and the era of economy centered on human resources and knowledge capital as the background, taking the third Academy of Aerospace as the research object. The development strategy of the third Academy of Aerospace is discussed. This paper first discusses the background of this study, the related domestic and foreign development of incentive mechanism and basic theory, the concept, content, method and other factors of motivation are analyzed and defined. And selectively introduces the three parts of the incentive mechanism used in this paper, which constitute the theoretical basis of the excitation mechanism of the third Aerospace Hospital. The second part analyzes the management status, organizational structure and human resources of the third Academy of Aerospace, analyzes the existing incentive mechanism in detail, and points out its shortcomings and shortcomings in the course of operation. In the third part, on the basis of the first two parts of the research, combined with the actual needs, the incentive mechanism of the third Aerospace Hospital is designed, and the incentive system, which is mainly based on the salary incentive and supplemented by the spiritual incentive, is put forward. The fourth part is the guarantee measures designed for the smooth implementation of the incentive mechanism. Through the effective implementation of these measures, the practical foundation is provided for the successful implementation of the improved incentive mechanism in the third Academy of Aerospace.
