【摘要】：伴隨著全球化進(jìn)程的日益加快，人們對(duì)化石能源的過度開采和低效率利用已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重污染了大氣、水體乃至土壤，其所帶來的“溫室效應(yīng)”更成為人類21世紀(jì)最大的挑戰(zhàn)。與此同時(shí)，煤炭、石油等傳統(tǒng)化石能源逐漸短缺，人類社會(huì)面臨著能源危機(jī)和環(huán)境污染兩大難題。太陽能儲(chǔ)量“豐富”、普遍存在，屬于清潔性能源，具有較強(qiáng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性，，因此，開發(fā)利用太陽能成為改善人類居住環(huán)境，緩解能源危機(jī)和環(huán)境污染的有效途徑，越來越受到世界各國(guó)的普遍關(guān)注。 SJLY太陽能公司作為一家生產(chǎn)太陽能光熱產(chǎn)品的企業(yè)，其產(chǎn)品占據(jù)著我國(guó)大部分太陽能光熱產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)，該公司自成立以來能夠始終保持快速發(fā)展、走在同行業(yè)企業(yè)前列，因此，系統(tǒng)地研究SJLY太陽能公司發(fā)展過程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、不足，探尋其成功的原因，具有一定的理論意義和參考價(jià)值。 本文根據(jù)SJLY太陽能公司的目前狀況以及發(fā)展情況，結(jié)合企業(yè)的自身資源（包括自然資源、技術(shù)研發(fā)、品牌建設(shè)和營(yíng)銷渠道）、發(fā)展目標(biāo)及策略，充分運(yùn)用PEST分析法、波特五力模型對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行綜合分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用SWOT分析法進(jìn)行總體定位，從而得出SJLY太陽能公司在今后的發(fā)展過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)繼續(xù)發(fā)揚(yáng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和充分利用現(xiàn)有的機(jī)會(huì)，以及需要改進(jìn)的劣勢(shì)和避免的威脅，并有針對(duì)性的提出公司發(fā)展的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。 本文通過對(duì)SJLY太陽能公司的實(shí)證研究，可為SJLY太陽能公司的發(fā)展提供參考，并可為廣大從事太陽能光熱產(chǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)提供借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, the excessive exploitation and inefficient utilization of fossil energy have seriously polluted the atmosphere, water body and even soil. The Greenhouse Effect has become the greatest challenge in the 21st century. At the same time, coal, petroleum and other traditional fossil energy gradually shortage, human society is facing two major problems: energy crisis and environmental pollution. Solar energy reserves are "abundant" and widespread, which are clean energy and have strong economy. Therefore, the development and utilization of solar energy has become an effective way to improve human living environment, alleviate energy crisis and environmental pollution. More and more countries around the world pay more and more attention. SJLY Solar Company, as an enterprise that produces solar energy and heat products, occupies most of the market of solar light and heat products in our country. Since its establishment, the company has been able to maintain rapid development and take the lead in the same industry. It is of theoretical significance and reference value to systematically study the experience and deficiency of SJLY Solar Company in the development process and to explore the reasons for its success. According to the current situation and development situation of SJLY Solar Energy Company, combined with the enterprise's own resources (including natural resources, technology research and development, brand building and marketing channels), development goals and strategies, the full use of PEST analysis, On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the development environment of the enterprise by Porter's five-force model, the overall positioning of the enterprise is carried out by using the SWOT analysis method. It is concluded that SJLY Solar Company should continue to develop its advantages and make full use of existing opportunities in the future development process, as well as the disadvantages and threats that need to be improved, and put forward corresponding strategies for the development of the company. Through the empirical study of SJLY Solar Company, this paper can provide reference for the development of SJLY Solar Energy Company, and provide reference and inspiration for the majority of enterprises engaged in solar energy and heat industry.
