柳林—霍縣500kV線路工程建設(shè)過(guò)程后評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:Power transmission and transformation project is one of the key points of infrastructure construction in China, which plays an important role in the sustained economic and social development of our country. The post-evaluation of transmission and transformation engineering construction process can evaluate the actual state of the project during construction, provide guidance and accumulated experience for engineering construction and transformation, and promote the objective fairness of feasibility study and pre-evaluation of the project. It will help to improve the scientific management level of project investment in the future. Based on the research on the post-evaluation of construction projects at home and abroad and the present situation of post-evaluation of construction process, combined with the characteristics of transmission and transformation projects, this paper discusses in detail the relevant problems of post-process evaluation. The concept and content of post-evaluation of transmission and transformation engineering construction process are clearly defined. Based on the existing theory and method of post-evaluation, this paper analyzes the construction process of 500kV line project in Liulin-Huo County, and summarizes the actual results of the whole process of the project from pre-construction preparation to construction. Firstly, entropy weight method and TOPSIS method are used to analyze the early decision and construction preparation of the construction process. By comparing with the other three similar projects in the same period of time, the one-sidedness and limitation of longitudinal comparison are avoided. Secondly, using AHP and matter-element extension model, the construction process of construction is studied. Finally, the logical frame method is applied, the implementation level of each index is qualitatively analyzed, the comprehensive situation of the project is evaluated scientifically and effectively, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the evaluation results. The establishment of post-evaluation system and the application of comprehensive evaluation method in the construction process of 500kV line engineering in Liulin-Huo county provide a certain scientific method for the establishment of post-evaluation system in the construction process of transmission and transformation projects. It provides a meaningful exploration for the construction process evaluation of similar projects.
