【摘要】：基于生態(tài)制度創(chuàng)新的視角,本文將生態(tài)制度創(chuàng)新、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念與系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的方法相結(jié)合,以黑龍江地區(qū)為例構(gòu)建了礦產(chǎn)資源密集型區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型,對該區(qū)域的不同發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行仿真模擬;通過對主要指標(biāo)的調(diào)整,提出礦產(chǎn)資源密集型區(qū)域應(yīng)選擇人口和諧發(fā)展、資源高效利用、環(huán)境污染有效控制、嚴(yán)格實(shí)施生態(tài)制度監(jiān)管以及大力加強(qiáng)區(qū)域間合作的綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of ecological system innovation, this paper combines the idea of ecological institution innovation and sustainable development with the method of system dynamics, and takes Heilongjiang as an example to construct the system dynamics model of the sustainable development of mineral resources intensive region. Through the adjustment of the main indexes, the paper puts forward that the mineral resources intensive areas should choose the harmonious development of population, the efficient utilization of resources and the effective control of environmental pollution. Strictly implement the ecological system supervision and strengthen the regional cooperation green sustainable development model.
