【摘要】:近年來(lái),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的加速普及和移動(dòng)智能終端的深度應(yīng)用,對(duì)通信行業(yè)產(chǎn)生了極大的影響。以蘋(píng)果、騰訊為代表的企業(yè)打破了通信產(chǎn)品、消費(fèi)產(chǎn)品、PC產(chǎn)品之間的界限,促進(jìn)IT、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、通信三大領(lǐng)域的融合。融合通信的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越熱,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維越來(lái)越深刻地影響市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)氛圍,上到運(yùn)營(yíng)商,下到制造企業(yè),無(wú)不感到危機(jī)四伏。再加上全球經(jīng)濟(jì)還未走出低谷,中國(guó)制造業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)已不復(fù)存在,發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體的再工業(yè)化進(jìn)程,都讓中國(guó)企業(yè)的危機(jī)感更為強(qiáng)烈。AB公司是通信和網(wǎng)路終端產(chǎn)品的制造型企業(yè),如何在這種復(fù)雜的背景下生存、發(fā)展、甚至成為行業(yè)的領(lǐng)先者,公司的發(fā)展方向和戰(zhàn)略選擇非常重要。全文共六個(gè)部分。前兩個(gè)部分介紹研究的目的、意義以及AB公司的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀和困境。中間兩個(gè)部分解析了產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的形成、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的理論基礎(chǔ);分析了中國(guó)作為世界工廠的困境、通訊行業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程以及在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)普及的今天,各種融合應(yīng)用的趨勢(shì);這部分資料為后續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的提出提供背景資料。后兩部分中,首先運(yùn)用波特的五力分析模型,分析了AB公司進(jìn)入融合通信市場(chǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。最后確定了AB公司的戰(zhàn)略選擇,并給出了實(shí)施辦法。筆者希望本文能對(duì)AB公司當(dāng)前發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的決策提供一些參考意見(jiàn),同時(shí)也希望對(duì)那些面臨戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)的中小通信企業(yè)的發(fā)展起到一定借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid popularity of the Internet and the deep application of mobile intelligent terminals have had a great impact on the communications industry. The enterprises represented by Apple and Tencent have broken the boundary among communication products, consumer products and PC products, and promoted the integration of IT, Internet and communications. The application of fusion communication is getting hotter and hotter, and the Internet thinking influences the competitive atmosphere of the market more and more deeply, from the operator to the manufacturing enterprise, all feel the crisis everywhere. Coupled with the fact that the global economy is not yet out of the doldrums, the advantages of China's manufacturing industry no longer exist, and the process of reindustrialization in developed economies has reinforced the sense of crisis among Chinese enterprises. AB is a manufacturer of communications and network terminal products. How to survive, develop and even become the industry leader in this complex background is very important for the development direction and strategic choice of the company. There are six parts in this paper. The first two parts introduce the purpose and significance of the research as well as the development course, current situation and predicament of AB Company. The second part analyzes the formation of industrial division of labor and the theoretical basis of industrial convergence, analyzes the plight of China as a world factory, the development process of the communication industry and the trend of convergence and application in the Internet. This part of the information provides background information for future development strategies. In the last two parts, firstly, using Porter's five-force analysis model, this paper analyzes the advantages of AB's entering the fusion communication market. Finally, the strategic choice of AB company is determined, and the implementation method is given. The author hopes that this paper can provide some reference for the decision of AB company's current development strategy, and at the same time, I hope it can be used for reference to the development of small and medium-sized communication enterprises which are facing the strategic turning point.
