【摘要】：企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃ERP是當(dāng)前企業(yè)信息化管理工具的典型代表�；谑袌�(chǎng)的需求，ERP在我國(guó)已經(jīng)得到廣泛推廣。尤其是在我國(guó)制造業(yè)和供應(yīng)鏈迅速發(fā)展的背景下，大批量的供應(yīng)鏈中小制造企業(yè)對(duì)ERP展現(xiàn)出極大的需求。在我國(guó)ERP實(shí)施成功率較低的現(xiàn)實(shí)下，對(duì)此類企業(yè)的ERP選型和實(shí)施進(jìn)行研究具有一定意義。本文試圖從供應(yīng)鏈的環(huán)境背景和企業(yè)特性出發(fā)，對(duì)處于供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)節(jié)的中小制造企業(yè)進(jìn)行ERP選型和實(shí)施的研究。 本文首先將供應(yīng)鏈上的中小型制造企業(yè)從中小企業(yè)中劃分出來(lái)。并且分析了供應(yīng)鏈上的中小制造企業(yè)的特性，根據(jù)中小企業(yè)ERP實(shí)施運(yùn)用的普遍現(xiàn)狀，分析了供應(yīng)鏈上的中小制造企業(yè)ERP實(shí)施的相關(guān)問(wèn)題和要點(diǎn)。其次根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈的環(huán)境背景，，討論了供應(yīng)鏈上中小制造企業(yè)的選型和實(shí)施相關(guān)內(nèi)容。通過(guò)對(duì)比，分析了一般獨(dú)立型企業(yè)和供應(yīng)鏈上中小制造企業(yè)在選型和實(shí)施的不同，并從對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈的逆向影響角度，分析了供應(yīng)鏈上中小制造企業(yè)選型和實(shí)施的要求。文中運(yùn)用質(zhì)量功能展開法，對(duì)此類企業(yè)的ERP選型問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。然后，根據(jù)環(huán)境特征，對(duì)該類企業(yè)進(jìn)行基于供應(yīng)鏈的實(shí)施分析。運(yùn)用成本作業(yè)法確定關(guān)鍵合作者，用于集成對(duì)象的選擇和關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)的分析。接著在企業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)此類企業(yè)的信息集成方式和業(yè)務(wù)重組進(jìn)行探討。最后以T企業(yè)為案例，對(duì)其ERP的選型、重要合作者確認(rèn)、企業(yè)內(nèi)外環(huán)境確認(rèn)、基于供應(yīng)鏈集成、業(yè)務(wù)重組等方面進(jìn)行分析研究，從而進(jìn)一步闡明本文思想。
[Abstract]:Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a typical representative of enterprise information management tools. Based on the market demand, ERP has been widely promoted in China. Especially under the background of rapid development of manufacturing industry and supply chain in our country, large quantities of small manufacturing enterprises in supply chain show great demand for ERP. In the reality of low success rate of ERP implementation in our country, it is of certain significance to study the ERP selection and implementation of this kind of enterprises. This paper attempts to study the selection and implementation of ERP for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in supply chain from the background of supply chain environment and enterprise characteristics. In this paper, the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain are divided into small and medium enterprises. The characteristics of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in supply chain are analyzed. According to the general situation of ERP implementation in small and medium-sized enterprises, the relevant problems and key points of ERP implementation in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in supply chain are analyzed. Secondly, according to the environmental background of supply chain, the selection and implementation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in supply chain are discussed. Through comparison, the paper analyzes the differences between the selection and implementation of the general independent enterprises and the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain, and analyzes the requirements for the selection and implementation of the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain from the point of view of the adverse influence on the supply chain. In this paper, the quality function expansion method is used to study the ERP selection of this kind of enterprises. Then, according to the environmental characteristics, this kind of enterprises based on the implementation of supply chain analysis. Cost-Activity-Based approach is used to identify key partners for integration object selection and key business analysis. Then, based on the analysis of internal and external environment, the information integration mode and business reorganization of this kind of enterprises are discussed. Finally, taking T enterprise as a case, the selection of ERP, the confirmation of important cooperator, the confirmation of internal and external environment, the integration of supply chain, the business recombination and so on are analyzed and studied, so as to further clarify the idea of this paper.
