關(guān)于SECT公司的戰(zhàn)略方向研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今復(fù)雜多變的國際經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢,不僅為企業(yè)帶來了挑戰(zhàn),也給企業(yè)帶來了機(jī)遇。在中國,家電制造業(yè)的特點(diǎn)明顯,成本不斷在降低、交貨期需求越來越短、庫存和資金周轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間加快、質(zhì)量與服務(wù)需求也在提高。所有這些都在要求企業(yè)必須有戰(zhàn)略的眼光,找準(zhǔn)自己的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向,這也成為企業(yè)發(fā)展路上保持核心競爭力的關(guān)鍵。特別是家電制造業(yè)這樣的紅海行業(yè),競爭高度白熱化,只有規(guī)劃好自己的戰(zhàn)略路線,把握市場方向,才能抓住市場機(jī)遇。平板電視行業(yè)已經(jīng)發(fā)展了近十年,正處于競爭激烈的市場成熟期,但由于新興國家市場的崛起,數(shù)字電視的出現(xiàn),市場需求將會(huì)迎來一個(gè)爆發(fā)期,但同時(shí)也存在著諸多的不確定因素,企業(yè)的發(fā)展也在面臨機(jī)會(huì)的同時(shí)也有挑戰(zhàn)。因此,為企業(yè)找到正確的戰(zhàn)略方向來指導(dǎo)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營與生產(chǎn)顯得猶為重要。 本文通過對(duì)一家上市的平板電視生產(chǎn)企業(yè)SECT公司的具體業(yè)務(wù)狀況與歷史財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,對(duì)這個(gè)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略方向問題進(jìn)行了分析與研究。首先,文章介紹了電視機(jī)行業(yè)的技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和SECT公司的現(xiàn)狀。并從SECT公司目前的業(yè)務(wù)情況分析中,引出文章要解決公司目前存在的問題和未來可能面臨的問題。然后,,在戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合本公司的歷史數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用一系列戰(zhàn)略分析理論,為公司規(guī)劃出未來發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方向。最后,也對(duì)未來工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the complicated and changeable international economic situation not only brings challenges to enterprises, but also brings opportunities to enterprises. In China, the characteristics of home appliance manufacturing industry are obvious, the cost is decreasing, the demand of delivery time is getting shorter and shorter, the time of inventory and capital turnover is quickening, and the quality and service demand is also increasing. All these require enterprises to have a strategic vision to find their own strategic development direction, which has become the key to maintain the core competitiveness on the road of enterprise development. Especially in the red sea industry such as household electrical appliances manufacturing industry, the competition is highly intense. Only by planning their own strategic line and grasping the market direction can they seize the market opportunity. The flat-panel television industry has been developed for nearly a decade and is in a mature period of fierce competition. However, due to the rise of emerging markets and the emergence of digital television, market demand will usher in an outbreak period. But at the same time, there are many uncertain factors, the development of enterprises is also facing opportunities and challenges. Therefore, it is very important to find the correct strategic direction to guide the management and production of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the specific business situation and historical financial data of SECT Company, a listed flat panel TV manufacturer, this paper analyzes and studies the strategic direction of this enterprise. First of all, the article introduces the technical characteristics of the television industry, the status quo of the development and SECT Company. From the analysis of the current business situation of SECT Company, the paper points out that the article should solve the problems existing in the company and the problems that may be faced in the future. Then, based on the related theory knowledge of strategic management and the historical data of the company, a series of strategic analysis theories are used to plan the strategic direction for the future development of the company. Finally, the future work is also prospected.
