【摘要】：本文著重介紹了發(fā)達(dá)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)國家管理藥價的原因、內(nèi)容、決策機(jī)制和基本方法。認(rèn)為,社會醫(yī)療保險體系的建立是政府干預(yù)藥價的主要原因,也使"醫(yī)保支付價"成為政府藥價管理的核心內(nèi)容。"醫(yī)保支付價"管理基于利益相關(guān)方自治,以市場調(diào)查和"成本-收益關(guān)系"分析為主要方法。并闡述了發(fā)達(dá)國家藥價管理的產(chǎn)業(yè)和制度背景與我國的不同之處。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces the reason, content, decision-making mechanism and basic method of drug price management in developed market economy countries. It is believed that the establishment of social medical insurance system is the main reason for the government to intervene in drug prices, and it also makes the "medical insurance payment price" the core content of the government drug price management. " The management of health insurance payment price is based on stakeholder autonomy and is mainly based on market research and cost-benefit relationship analysis. And elaborated the developed country medicine price management industry and the system background and our country's difference.
