浙江B火電企業(yè)低成本運營戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】：受宏觀經濟形勢和電價政策的雙重影響，我國火電企業(yè)承受電力市場、資金市場和煤炭市場的壓力不斷加大，綜合市場競爭能力每況愈下，相互間的競爭日趨激烈，企業(yè)經營、發(fā)展空間的拓展難以為繼。如何根據實際情況，尋求適合自身發(fā)展的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理模式，以科學發(fā)展觀為指導，轉變運營方式，謀求競爭優(yōu)勢，從而以較低成本實現高效率、高效益和價值最大化，對我國火電企業(yè)具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。 論文以戰(zhàn)略管理相關理論為主線，結合浙江B火電企業(yè)低成本運營的實際狀況展開研究。通過分析浙江B火電企業(yè)面臨的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境，尋求適合企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略管理模式，對浙江B火電企業(yè)進行經營戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。由于火電企業(yè)的行業(yè)結構及產品特性產品單一、同質性強，發(fā)電、供電和用電同時完成，因而確立浙江B火電企業(yè)以低成本運營戰(zhàn)略作為競爭戰(zhàn)略以面對日益嚴峻的宏觀經濟形勢，在此基礎上充分闡述浙江B火電企業(yè)實施低成本運營戰(zhàn)略的各項舉措。最后總結浙江B火電企業(yè)實施低成本運營戰(zhàn)略的成果與經驗，并就今后我國火電企業(yè)實施低成本運營戰(zhàn)略的前景進行展望。 浙江B火電企業(yè)低成運營戰(zhàn)略的形成和發(fā)展是電力市場競爭的必然結果，是積極尋求成本優(yōu)勢以提高企業(yè)核心競爭力的最佳選擇，是為了自身的生存和發(fā)展而做出的戰(zhàn)略性抉擇。低成本運營戰(zhàn)略的全面實施，，有利于加強和完善企業(yè)的經營管理，有利于樹立全新的成本管理理念，有利于把握瞬息萬變的電力市場，有利于全面實現企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。根據火電企業(yè)的運營特點，論文提出浙江B火電企業(yè)目前實施的低成本運營戰(zhàn)略其實質是基于安全、高效、經濟、環(huán)保、可靠、創(chuàng)新條件下的成本領先戰(zhàn)略，是邁克爾·波特企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略理論在火電行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展，是在特殊的壟斷行業(yè)的實證檢驗，對我國火電企業(yè)具有普遍的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the macroeconomic situation and the electricity price policy, the thermal power enterprises in our country bear the power market, the pressure of the capital market and the coal market is increasing constantly, the competition ability of the comprehensive market is getting worse and worse, the competition between each other is becoming more and more fierce, and the enterprises are operating. The expansion of development space is difficult to sustain. According to the actual situation, how to seek the enterprise strategic management mode suitable for own development, take the scientific development view as the instruction, change the operation mode, seek the competitive advantage, thus realize the high efficiency, the high benefit and the value maximization with the lower cost. It has very important strategic significance to our thermal power enterprises. Based on the related theory of strategic management, this paper studies the actual situation of low cost operation of Zhejiang B thermal power enterprise. By analyzing the strategic environment faced by Zhejiang B thermal power enterprise and seeking the strategic management mode suitable for the survival and development of the enterprise, the management strategy planning of Zhejiang B thermal power enterprise is carried out. Because the industry structure and product characteristics of thermal power enterprises are single and homogeneous, power generation, power supply and power consumption are completed simultaneously. Therefore, Zhejiang B thermal power enterprise should take low cost operation strategy as its competitive strategy in order to face the increasingly severe macroeconomic situation. On this basis, the measures of implementing low cost operation strategy for Zhejiang B thermal power enterprise are fully expounded. Finally, the paper summarizes the achievements and experiences of implementing low cost operation strategy in Zhejiang B thermal power enterprise, and looks forward to the prospect of implementing low cost operation strategy for thermal power enterprises in China in the future. The formation and development of low success operation strategy in Zhejiang B thermal power enterprise is the inevitable result of power market competition and the best choice to actively seek cost advantages to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is a strategic choice for one's own survival and development. The overall implementation of the low cost operation strategy is conducive to strengthening and improving the management of enterprises, to establishing a new concept of cost management, to grasping the rapidly changing electricity market, and to realizing the sustainable development of enterprises in an all-round way. According to the operation characteristics of thermal power enterprises, the paper puts forward that the low cost operation strategy of Zhejiang B thermal power enterprise is based on the cost leading strategy under the conditions of safety, efficiency, economy, environmental protection, reliability and innovation. It is the innovation and development of Michael Porter's enterprise competition strategy theory in thermal power industry, and the empirical test in special monopoly industry, which has universal guiding significance for thermal power enterprises in our country.
