【摘要】：目前全球能源危機日益深化，世界各國對能源的爭奪日益激烈，而蒙古國是礦產資源豐富的國家，并且選擇了“資源型經濟發(fā)展模式”，促進了國家經濟實力的增強，成為東北亞地區(qū)的一個重要資源供給地，開始吸引了各國越來越多的關注。 近幾年蒙古國政府一直把吸引外資作為促進經濟發(fā)展的重要手段，制定了一系列相關的法律和優(yōu)惠政策，這為蒙古國在能源領域吸收外資創(chuàng)造了有利條件；而蒙古國和中國具有深厚的歷史淵源，睦鄰友好，互信互利，利用中國同蒙古近鄰的區(qū)位條件進入其資源開發(fā)市場，對中國近中期資源安全具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義，并且隨著中國經濟的快速增長，能源需求日益擴大，這使資源豐富的蒙古國與中國恰好形成資源的結構性互補，促使中國對蒙古礦業(yè)的直接投資，因此，，蒙古國在能源領域吸收中國的投資，不僅能滿足中國對能源的需求，也有利于蒙古國能源持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展，從而促進本國經濟的發(fā)展。 在此背景下，本文應用定性定量分析方法、閱讀法、歷史研究方法比較以及統(tǒng)計分析法，對蒙古國能源做了簡單介紹，重點分析了蒙中能源合作的現狀，針對蒙古國在吸收中國能源投資方面存在的問題，提出相應的對策建議。 本論文由六個部分組成：第一章緒論部分闡述了研究課題的背景、意義和文獻綜述；第二章介紹蒙古國近年的經貿運行發(fā)展歷程及能源發(fā)展背景；第三章分析蒙中能源資源領域概況與現狀；第四章研究了蒙中能源資源合作現狀與特點；第五章以蒙中能源合作為例，闡述了蒙古國在吸收中國能源投資方面存在的問題；第六章提出了促進蒙古國在能源領域吸收中國投資的對策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the global energy crisis is deepening day by day, and the competition for energy is becoming more and more fierce in the world. Mongolia is rich in mineral resources, and has chosen the "resource-based economic development model", which has promoted the strengthening of national economic strength. To become an important resource supply area in Northeast Asia, began to attract more and more attention. In recent years, the Mongolian government has regarded attracting foreign capital as an important means to promote economic development, and has formulated a series of related laws and preferential policies, which has created favorable conditions for Mongolia to absorb foreign capital in the field of energy. Mongolia and China have a deep historical origin, good-neighborly friendship, mutual trust and mutual benefit. Taking advantage of the location conditions of China and Mongolia's close neighbors to enter its resource development market, it is of great strategic significance to China's resource security in the near and medium term. And with the rapid growth of China's economy, the energy demand is expanding day by day, which makes the resource-rich Mongolia and China form the structural complementarity of resources, and promotes China's direct investment in Mongolia's mining industry. If Mongolia absorbs Chinese investment in the field of energy, it can not only meet China's demand for energy, but also contribute to the sustained and stable development of energy in Mongolia, thus promoting the development of its own economy. Under this background, this paper uses qualitative and quantitative analysis method, reading method, historical research method comparison and statistical analysis method to make a brief introduction to Mongolia's energy, focusing on the analysis of the current situation of energy cooperation between Mongolia and China. In view of Mongolia's problems in absorbing China's energy investment, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This thesis is composed of six parts: the first chapter introduces the background, significance and literature review of the research topic, the second chapter introduces the economic and trade development and energy development background of Mongolia in recent years. The third chapter analyzes the general situation and present situation of the energy resources in Mongolia and China, the fourth chapter studies the current situation and characteristics of the energy resources cooperation between Mongolia and China, the fifth chapter takes the energy cooperation between Mongolia and China as an example, and expounds the existing problems of Mongolia in absorbing China's energy investment. The sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote Mongolia to absorb Chinese investment in the field of energy.
