太原供電公司人力資源優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:人力資源是企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的第一資源。隨著電力工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,電力工業(yè)進(jìn)入了大電網(wǎng)、高電壓、高技術(shù)和智能化時(shí)代,,傳統(tǒng)的、落后的人力資源配置存在的眾多問題開始凸現(xiàn)出來。電力工業(yè)新的發(fā)展形勢和組織的快速變革、技術(shù)進(jìn)步的日新月異、人才結(jié)構(gòu)的失衡等新的挑戰(zhàn),要求供電企業(yè)人力資源配置必須更高、更快、更靈活。 然而,當(dāng)前太原供電公司人力資源管理水平相對滯后,人才對公司發(fā)展的支撐力薄弱,與公司發(fā)展目標(biāo)不相適應(yīng),人才問題成為制約公司新一輪快速發(fā)展的瓶頸,公司人力資源管理亟待破題。因此,結(jié)合太原供電公司實(shí)際,研究新形勢下人力資源優(yōu)化配置具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義,有利于提高企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢,進(jìn)而提高組織整體績效。 本文首先對人力資源相關(guān)理論的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并對企業(yè)人力資源優(yōu)化的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了分析。其次,對太原供電公司的人力資源配置現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)研、分析,指出了公司當(dāng)前人力資源管理存在的突出問題。接著論文提出了人力資源優(yōu)化工程的總體目標(biāo)和實(shí)施原則,并分別提出了組織機(jī)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案、基于內(nèi)部人力資源市場的人員配置優(yōu)化方案、五體系績效管理體系優(yōu)化方案和基于崗位績效工資制度的薪酬管理優(yōu)化方案。最后,對人力資源優(yōu)化工程的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了具體的分析。
[Abstract]:Human resources are the first resource for the survival and development of enterprises. With the continuous development of electric power industry, the power industry has entered the era of large power grid, high voltage, high technology and intelligent. The new situation of electric power industry, the rapid change of organization, the rapid change of technology, the imbalance of talent structure and other new challenges require higher, faster and more flexible allocation of human resources in power supply enterprises. However, at present, the level of human resource management in Taiyuan Power supply Company is relatively lagging behind, and the support of talents to the development of the company is weak, which is incompatible with the development goal of the company. The talent problem has become the bottleneck restricting the new round of rapid development of the company. The company's human resources management needs to be solved. Therefore, combining with the actual situation of Taiyuan Power supply Company, it is of great practical significance to study the optimal allocation of human resources under the new situation, which is helpful to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises and improve the overall performance of the organization. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resource related theories at home and abroad, and analyzes the theoretical basis of enterprise human resource optimization. Secondly, the present situation of human resource allocation in Taiyuan Power supply Company is investigated and analyzed, and the outstanding problems in current human resource management of Taiyuan Power supply Company are pointed out. Then the paper puts forward the overall goal and implementation principle of human resource optimization engineering, and puts forward the organizational optimization scheme, the optimization scheme based on the internal human resource market. Five system performance management system optimization scheme and based on post performance salary system salary management optimization plan. Finally, the implementation effect of human resource optimization project is analyzed concretely.
