阿拉善電業(yè)局物資統(tǒng)一管理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:The goal of establishing unified management of electric power materials is to unify the basic data, describe the material standard of the subordinate secondary units, and realize the unified management of the materials and materials of the units and departments to which they belong. The unified specification of material description must become the unified data integration standard between the material company and the relevant departments of the subordinate unit, and run through all kinds of management applications of the equipment life cycle management. Based on workflow planning management, the material planning, material purchasing, inventory management and other links are linked by workflow engine to ensure the consistency and accuracy of material information. From the application of material purchase plan to the examination and approval of each link, all of them can realize information management, network office and paperless office. Combined with workflow technology and bar code marking technology, material management can comprehensively and uniformly manage the material work of enterprises, improve the effectiveness of material planning, purchase and use, and avoid the waste of funds. Finally, the material account of the subordinate unit is generated and uploaded to the material company information platform database through the material data declaration network interface. Establishing a unified description model and maintaining a consistent description depth is convenient for equipment management in the future, so that the material information statistics and evaluation methods can be prescribed by the material company, and the material status of the subordinate units can be tracked in a timely and comprehensive manner. This paper provides the investment decision support for the company leader correctly and conveniently, achieves the electric power material management to realize the informationization, in order to raise the enterprise management efficiency.
