500KV千里山變電站安全運行管理體系設計

【摘要】:電力是民生之本,隨著我國社會經濟的飛速發(fā)展,電力事業(yè)在國民經濟中的作用越來越重要。內蒙古自治區(qū)是能源大省,,在強大電力需求的推動之下,蒙西電網的發(fā)展步伐也不斷加快。 變電站是電力系統(tǒng)的中間環(huán)節(jié),是匯集電源、升降電壓、分配電能的場所。隨著電力系統(tǒng)電力傳輸容量的不斷擴大,電網額定電壓等級逐漸升高,對變電安全運行管理水平的要求也越來越迫切。變電站這一環(huán)節(jié)的安全運行對整個電力系統(tǒng)的安全、穩(wěn)定運行具有舉足輕重的作用。由此對變電站的安全運行管理體系進行研究有著重要的經濟價值和現(xiàn)實意義。 文章以內蒙古500千伏千里山變電站為例,在詳細分析其安全運行管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,嵌入標準化理論和內部控制評價理論,分別研究如何將標準化管理體系和內部控制評價體系應用到內蒙古500KV千里山變電站的現(xiàn)實情況中,由此基本建成了適合該變電站的安全運行管理的內部控制體系,也為國內各變電站的安全運行管理提供了一定的思路。
[Abstract]:Electricity is the foundation of people's livelihood. With the rapid development of social economy in China, the role of electric power in the national economy is becoming more and more important. Inner Mongolia Autonomous region is a major energy province, driven by strong power demand, the pace of development of the Mengxi power grid is also accelerating. Substation is the intermediate link of power system, is the collection of power supply, up and down voltage, distribution of electricity. With the continuous expansion of power transmission capacity, the rated voltage level of the power network is gradually increasing, and the requirement of the management level of substation safe operation is becoming more and more urgent. The safe operation of substation plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of the whole power system. Therefore, it has important economic value and practical significance to study the safe operation management system of substation. Taking the 500kV Qianlishan substation in Inner Mongolia as an example, based on the detailed analysis of the present situation of its safe operation management, the standardization theory and the internal control evaluation theory are embedded in the paper. How to apply the standardized management system and the internal control evaluation system to the actual situation of the 500KV Qianli Mountain substation in Inner Mongolia is studied, and the internal control system suitable for the safe operation management of the substation is built. It also provides some ideas for the safe operation management of domestic substations.
