阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)施研究

【摘要】：醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)是世界上公認(rèn)的最具發(fā)展前景的國際化高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,也是世界貿(mào)易增長最快的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。本文以阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目的創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)施為背景案例,研究項(xiàng)目在醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域是否有創(chuàng)業(yè)可行的研究,隨著阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用的不斷推廣,產(chǎn)量和需求量穩(wěn)定增長。阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目組擁有先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝,且具備技術(shù)進(jìn)一步開發(fā)和擴(kuò)展?jié)摿Α?醫(yī)藥中間體是醫(yī)藥化工原料至原料藥或藥品這一生產(chǎn)過程中的一種精細(xì)化工產(chǎn)品。根據(jù)原料藥的行業(yè)特點(diǎn),對阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目實(shí)施企業(yè)項(xiàng)目的外部環(huán)境分析是在一定時(shí)空內(nèi)存在于社會(huì)中的各類組織均面對的環(huán)境,大致包括政治因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、社會(huì)因素和技術(shù)因素四個(gè)方面。面對的各種各樣的外界環(huán)境,如何根據(jù)企業(yè)內(nèi)部的一系列資源,從而了解企業(yè)目前的現(xiàn)狀,充分發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢,明確企業(yè)的劣勢。結(jié)合阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目實(shí)施企業(yè)目前所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,我們擁有自主創(chuàng)業(yè)和相關(guān)專利等一系列的優(yōu)勢,同時(shí)又面對了國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的調(diào)整,市場需求量大等機(jī)會(huì),因此,阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目實(shí)施企業(yè)主要采取增長性戰(zhàn)略為主,結(jié)合當(dāng)前制定的戰(zhàn)略方針相結(jié)合,維持快速的市場增長率和占有率,以集中化低成本戰(zhàn)略迅速占領(lǐng)市場,充分利用和發(fā)揮外部機(jī)會(huì)和內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢,求得發(fā)展。 本文把阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目作為研究對象,通過對項(xiàng)目本身的創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)施研究以及創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中的各種環(huán)境分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,以及應(yīng)對措施的提出,對阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目的創(chuàng)業(yè)過程提供了良好的參考依據(jù)。本文按照“創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的可行性分析——?jiǎng)?chuàng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略思路的實(shí)施的提出——發(fā)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并提出解決方案”的思路,展開研究。由于創(chuàng)業(yè)是一項(xiàng)不確定因素相對較多的工作,針對行業(yè)、市場、內(nèi)部環(huán)境、外部環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈等眾多問題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析。針對創(chuàng)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略思路的實(shí)施的提出：針對企業(yè)競爭、營銷、運(yùn)營、財(cái)務(wù)等方面的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施。最后發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)過程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并提出解決方案：根據(jù)分析提出創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并給出相應(yīng)的解決方案。具體如下展示： 第一部分為緒論,介紹了本文的研究背景、研究目的和意義,以及本文的研究思路和方法。 第二部分為相關(guān)理論概述,分別介紹了國內(nèi)外的創(chuàng)業(yè)相關(guān)理論和項(xiàng)目管理相關(guān)理論的一些研究成果。 第三部分以阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目為例利用多種模型和方法對創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目做了充分的可行性分析。 第四部分則是提出了阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目在創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中的一些戰(zhàn)略思路和實(shí)施方法。 第五部分針對阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目在創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中可能遇到分先進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案。 第六部分為結(jié)論與展望,對本文的研究成果進(jìn)行了概括性總結(jié),對研究的不足之處和未來需要進(jìn)一步開展的研究工作予以闡述,并提出了作者對創(chuàng)業(yè)的些許認(rèn)識(shí)。 本文通過層層分析,確定了阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目在創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中的可行性、初步戰(zhàn)略、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及相依對策,通過這些關(guān)鍵因素的綜合作用,促進(jìn)了阿曲唑醫(yī)藥中間體新工藝項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)業(yè)的實(shí)施和發(fā)展,在肯定項(xiàng)目可行性的同時(shí),也提出了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的存在,以及可能的不足,對創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展具有指導(dǎo)和參考意義。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical industry is recognized as one of the most promising international high-tech industries in the world, and also one of the fastest growing sunrise industries in the world trade. This paper takes the pioneering implementation of the new technology project of atrazole pharmaceutical intermediates as the background case to study whether the project is feasible in the field of medicine. With the continuous promotion of the application of the new technology projects, the output and demand of the new technology projects have been steadily increased.
Pharmaceutical intermediate is a kind of fine chemical product in the production process from pharmaceutical chemical raw materials to APIs or pharmaceuticals. According to the characteristics of APIs, the external environment analysis of the project of the new technology project of atrazole pharmaceutical intermediate is the environment that all kinds of organizations in the society are facing in a certain time and space. It includes four aspects: political factor, economic factor, social factor and technical factor. Faced with various external environment, how to understand the current situation of the enterprise according to a series of resources within the enterprise, give full play to its own advantages and clear the disadvantages of the enterprise. In the internal and external environment, we have a series of advantages, such as independent entrepreneurship and related patents. At the same time, we are facing the adjustment of domestic and foreign economic system and the large demand of market. Therefore, the implementation of the new technology project of atrazole pharmaceutical intermediates mainly adopts the growth strategy, combining with the current strategic guidelines. Maintain a rapid market growth rate and share to centralize low-cost strategy to quickly occupy the market, make full use of external opportunities and internal advantages, and seek development.
In this paper, the new technology project of atrazole pharmaceutical intermediates is taken as the research object. Through the research of the project's own entrepreneurship implementation and various environmental analysis, risk analysis, and countermeasures put forward, it provides a good reference for the entrepreneurship process of the new technology project of atrazole pharmaceutical intermediates. As entrepreneurship is a work with relatively many uncertainties, this paper makes a detailed analysis of many problems such as industry, market, internal environment, external environment, industrial chain and so on. Finally, the risk of the entrepreneurial process is found and the solutions are put forward. According to the analysis, the possible risks in the entrepreneurial process are put forward and the corresponding solutions are given.
The first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, as well as the research ideas and methods.
The second part is an overview of relevant theories, introducing the domestic and foreign entrepreneurship theory and project management theory of some research results.
The third part takes the new technology project of atrazole pharmaceutical intermediates as an example to make a full feasibility analysis of the entrepreneurship project by using various models and methods.
The fourth part puts forward some strategic ideas and implementation methods of the new technology project of atrazole pharmaceutical intermediates in the process of entrepreneurship.
In the fifth part, the author analyzed the new technology project of atrazole pharmaceutical intermediates in the process of entrepreneurship, and put forward the corresponding solutions.
The sixth part is the conclusion and the outlook, summarizes the research results of this paper, expounds the shortcomings of the research and the further research work needed in the future, and puts forward the author's understanding of entrepreneurship.
Through layer-by-layer analysis, the feasibility, preliminary strategy, risks and relevant countermeasures of the new technological project of atrazole pharmaceutical intermediates in the process of entrepreneurship were determined. Through the comprehensive effect of these key factors, the implementation and development of the new technological project of atrazole pharmaceutical intermediates were promoted. While affirming the feasibility of the project, it was also proposed. The existence of risks and possible deficiencies will guide and reference the development of entrepreneurial projects.
