【摘要】:無(wú)人機(jī)又稱無(wú)人機(jī)駕駛飛行器,是近年來(lái)發(fā)展起來(lái)的一個(gè)集空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)、材料力學(xué)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)、軟件技術(shù)為一體的高科技產(chǎn)品。無(wú)人機(jī)廣泛用于空中偵察、監(jiān)視、通信、反潛、電子干擾等領(lǐng)域。目前世界上有30余個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)研制出了50多種無(wú)人機(jī),無(wú)人機(jī)型號(hào)超過(guò)300余種,有55個(gè)國(guó)家裝備了無(wú)人機(jī)。 隨著無(wú)人機(jī)技術(shù)和市場(chǎng)的逐漸成熟,我國(guó)多家單位加快了無(wú)人機(jī)研制的發(fā)展步伐,近年來(lái)我國(guó)在國(guó)土測(cè)繪、海洋應(yīng)用、應(yīng)急救援、森林防火等民用領(lǐng)域逐步開(kāi)始了無(wú)人機(jī)應(yīng)用的嘗試。 無(wú)人機(jī)在使用中具有成本低、使用方便、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),但同時(shí)作為一種航空產(chǎn)品,也要求無(wú)人機(jī)產(chǎn)品具有非常高的可靠性和可操控性。目前國(guó)內(nèi)無(wú)人機(jī)市場(chǎng)普遍存在可靠性差、可維護(hù)性差等特點(diǎn)、系統(tǒng)不完善等問(wèn)題,影響了無(wú)人機(jī)在各個(gè)行業(yè)的推廣應(yīng)用和市場(chǎng)的快速形成。而A公司引入德國(guó)無(wú)人機(jī)制造技術(shù),在無(wú)人機(jī)方面的產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì)恰恰解決了影響無(wú)人機(jī)推廣的難題,在市場(chǎng)上占據(jù)先機(jī),為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)占有率,和收購(gòu)德國(guó)無(wú)人機(jī)研發(fā)公司股份,A公司提出了項(xiàng)目的再融資計(jì)劃。 本文首先論述了該商業(yè)計(jì)劃產(chǎn)生的背景和意義,然后運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理的理論對(duì)四旋翼無(wú)人機(jī)項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為目前國(guó)內(nèi)無(wú)人機(jī)民用市場(chǎng)雖在導(dǎo)入期,但是具有廣泛市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)和非常大的發(fā)展?jié)摿;在?duì)A公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析后,,運(yùn)用市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷的理論進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)細(xì)分,確定目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)以及市場(chǎng)定位;然后制定營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃,通過(guò)4P模型分析A公司四旋翼無(wú)人機(jī)銷組合策略;之后運(yùn)用財(cái)務(wù)管理的知識(shí)進(jìn)行投資分析,對(duì)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)決策指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);最后運(yùn)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論對(duì)項(xiàng)目可能遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析并提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)策以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避方法。 通過(guò)本文研究表明,A公司的四旋翼無(wú)人機(jī)項(xiàng)目其產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用范圍廣,市場(chǎng)前景廣闊,其產(chǎn)品本身具有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)。項(xiàng)目本身的動(dòng)態(tài)回收期為2.99年,投資者的投入的本項(xiàng)目的回收期也可以達(dá)到4.38年,項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著,而項(xiàng)目本身的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性可以控制在較低水平,研究結(jié)論顯示本項(xiàng)目可行。 本商業(yè)計(jì)劃書為A公司的資本融資提供決策參考,希望A公司能夠吸收到所期望的行業(yè)投資,以達(dá)到投資者、客戶、員工乃至社會(huì)的多贏目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:UAV, also known as UAV, is a high-tech product which integrates aerodynamics, mechanics of materials, automatic control technology and software technology. UAVs are widely used in air reconnaissance, surveillance, communications, anti-submarine, electronic jamming and other fields. At present, more than 50 kinds of UAVs have been developed in more than 30 countries and regions in the world, more than 300 kinds of UAVs have been developed, and 55 countries are equipped with UAVs. With the gradual maturity of UAV technology and market, many units in our country have accelerated the development of UAV development. In recent years, our country has applied in land mapping, marine applications, emergency rescue, Forest fire prevention and other civilian fields have gradually started the application of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). UAV has the characteristics of low cost, convenient use and strong environmental adaptability. However, as a kind of aviation product, UAV is also required to have high reliability and maneuverability. At present, some problems such as poor reliability, poor maintainability, imperfect system and so on exist in the domestic UAV market, which affect the popularization and application of UAV in various industries and the rapid formation of the market. And Company A introduced German UAV manufacturing technology, the product superiority in UAV just solved the problem that affects the UAV promotion, occupied the first opportunity in the market, in order to further expand the market share, And the acquisition of German drone R & D shares of the company proposed a refinancing plan for the project. This paper first discusses the background and significance of the commercial plan, and then analyzes the internal and external environment of the four-rotor UAV project by using the theory of strategic management. It is concluded that the domestic civilian UAV market is in the period of introduction. But it has a broad market application foundation and great potential for development. After analyzing the competitive advantages of Company A, we use the theory of marketing to segment the market and determine the target market and market positioning. Then we draw up a marketing plan. The 4P model is used to analyze the four rotor UAV combination strategy of company A, and then the investment analysis is carried out by using the knowledge of financial management to evaluate the financial decision index of the project. Finally, risk management theory is used to analyze the risks that the project may encounter, and the corresponding risk countermeasures and risk aversion methods are put forward. Through the research of this paper, it is shown that the four-rotor UAV project of TIA Company has a wide range of applications and a broad market prospect, and the products themselves have obvious advantages. The dynamic payback period of the project itself is 2.99 years, and the payback period of the project invested by the investors can also reach 4.38 years. The economic benefit of the project is remarkable, while the risk of the project itself can be controlled at a lower level. The research conclusion shows that the project is feasible. This business plan provides a reference for the capital financing of company A, hoping that company A can absorb the expected investment in the industry to achieve the multi-win goals of investors, customers, employees and even society.
