遼寧同益石化丙烯項(xiàng)目可行性研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the Ministry of Industry and Information of China has published the 12th Five-Year Plan of Olefins Industry, and put forward that by 2015, the diversification rate of olefin feedstock will be more than 20%. At present, the supply of crude oil is tight, leading to the increasingly prominent contradiction between the demand for petroleum and petrochemical products. Propylene raw materials have been in short supply for a long time, relying on imports for a long time. Because of the instability of international oil price and the increase of propene price, it is inconvenient for the economic development and industrial construction of our country. Faced with opportunities and challenges, how to plan, manage and store propylene effectively is an important part of enterprise construction and development. The feasibility study of the propylene project of Liaoning Tongyi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is aimed at the research and design of the concrete practical project, which can standardize the propylene management project, improve the economic benefit of the company, and reduce the waste of resources. It is of great practical significance to optimize the environment and ensure the life safety of related personnel. At the same time, it is of great significance for other related enterprises to study the feasibility of propene project. In theory, the feasibility study of propylene project is rare, basically blank, so this study has great theoretical value and can provide reference for the related research in the future. Because the investment amount of propylene project is large, the project period is long, the technology is strong, and as a petrochemical project, it is necessary to consider the impact on the environment. Therefore, whether the decision of the project is scientific and reasonable is not only related to the success or failure of the project, And related to the survival of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the theory of project feasibility study, combining with the actual situation of the project, to carry on scientific system, objective and comprehensive analysis and demonstration on the project from the aspects of technology, market, environment, finance and so on before carrying on the project decision-making. On the basis of the existing research, this paper studies the feasibility of the project, mainly including: (1) through the introduction of the general situation of the project construction unit and the general situation of the project construction, the project is simply introduced; (2) introduce the basic theory of the feasibility study from three aspects: the concept and function of the feasibility study, the main content of the feasibility study, the main method of the feasibility study, (3) through the analysis of the market demand of propylene products, the construction conditions of the project, The source and supply of raw materials and fuel supply of the project show that the project is a good investment opportunity and has a broad development prospect. (4) the analysis is made from three aspects: total technological process, process technology, equipment and automation; (5) the impact of the project on the environment of the construction area is analyzed, and the corresponding protection measures are put forward. At the same time, the utilization of water resources and the corresponding water-saving measures are analyzed. Finally, the labor safety and protection measures in the implementation of the project are analyzed. (6) through the analysis and comparison of several organizational structure types, the organizational structure types suitable for the project are selected, and the staffing scheme is formulated. (7) the financial foundation data of the project are estimated scientifically. On this basis, the corresponding financial evaluation index and break-even analysis are calculated to prove the financial feasibility of the project, and the risks that the project may face are also analyzed. Finally, this project is feasible.
