【摘要】：企業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟最重要的細胞,企業(yè)文化是企業(yè)發(fā)展不可或缺的精神力量和道德規(guī)范。從20世紀80年代企業(yè)文化進入中國開始,從引進、照搬國外優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的成功做法,經(jīng)過三十多年的探索,到如今,如何找到一條企業(yè)文化與生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營緊密結(jié)合的實踐路徑是擺在所有企業(yè)文化工作者面前的一個重要課題,也是決定企業(yè)文化能否真正發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有作用的試金石。國內(nèi)許多企業(yè)都進行了有益探索。 成立于1988年的伊泰集團,在二十多年的發(fā)展歷程中,充分吸收內(nèi)蒙古這片沃土的養(yǎng)分,積累了相當程度的積極文化氛圍,也總結(jié)出一套有企業(yè)特色的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)之路。本文在全面分析內(nèi)蒙古伊泰集團企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀和存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了伊泰集團企業(yè)文化建設(shè)實踐路徑提升的意義、原則、要點及條件和措施。實踐路徑的建設(shè)應(yīng)在充分結(jié)合公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的前提下,從條件和措施出發(fā),沿著理念傳播、制度融入和診斷評估的道路,系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、分步實施、持續(xù)改進,使企業(yè)文化成為撬動公司發(fā)展的重要支點。
[Abstract]:Enterprise is the most important cell of national economy, and corporate culture is an indispensable spiritual force and moral standard for enterprise development. Since the entry of corporate culture into China in the 1980s, from the introduction and copying of successful practices of foreign excellent enterprises, after more than 30 years of exploration, How to find a practical path of close combination of enterprise culture and production and management is an important subject in front of all enterprise culture workers, and it is also the touchstone to determine whether enterprise culture can really play its due role. Many domestic enterprises have made beneficial explorations. Yitai Group, founded in 1988, has fully absorbed the nutrients of Inner Mongolia's fertile soil, accumulated a positive cultural atmosphere to a certain extent, and summed up a set of enterprise culture construction road with enterprise characteristics in the course of more than 20 years' development. Based on an overall analysis of the present situation and existing problems of enterprise culture construction in Inner Mongolia Yitai Group, this paper puts forward the significance, principles, key points and conditions and measures of the promotion of the practical path of enterprise culture construction of Yitai Group. Under the premise of fully combining the company's development strategy, the construction of the practical path should proceed from the conditions and measures, along the road of concept dissemination, system integration and diagnosis and evaluation, systematic planning, step by step implementation, and continuous improvement. So that corporate culture has become an important fulcrum for the development of the company.
