紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)多供應(yīng)商訂單分配模型的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)正面臨著如何提高自身的生產(chǎn)水平、降低產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)成本、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)售后服務(wù)水平、縮短產(chǎn)品的制造周期等問(wèn)題的挑戰(zhàn)。在此背景下,建立一個(gè)有效的多供應(yīng)商訂單分配模型,并在保證供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率均衡的情況下,以采購(gòu)成本和售后損失成本最小為指標(biāo),是提高紡機(jī)制造企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效途徑。 紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的采購(gòu)管理主要是對(duì)采購(gòu)訂單分配的管理。物料采購(gòu)過(guò)程中物料的質(zhì)量、供貨及時(shí)率、供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷等信息管理的好壞,直接影響企業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本控制的有效性。本文以結(jié)合供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)過(guò)程來(lái)進(jìn)行訂單分配為原則,建立新的訂單分配機(jī)制,并將這種分配機(jī)制成功運(yùn)用于紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的采購(gòu)管理。論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)結(jié)合紡機(jī)行業(yè)的采購(gòu)特點(diǎn),分析并提出面向紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的采購(gòu)流程,建立紡機(jī)企業(yè)多供應(yīng)商的生產(chǎn)資源配置框架及訂單分配過(guò)程模型。 (2)分析并指出了經(jīng)典訂單分配方法的應(yīng)用于紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)多供應(yīng)商下的不足。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)背景下訂單的特點(diǎn),提出了以采購(gòu)成本最小、售后損失成本、供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷率均衡為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的分配機(jī)制。 (3)對(duì)紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)多源采購(gòu)面臨的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行描述、分析與研究,針對(duì)訂單分配問(wèn)題建立多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,并運(yùn)用粒子群優(yōu)化算法對(duì)多供應(yīng)商多目標(biāo)訂單分配問(wèn)題進(jìn)行求解,并用紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)應(yīng)用實(shí)例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證研究。 (4)從企業(yè)應(yīng)用實(shí)例驗(yàn)證出發(fā),對(duì)紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)采購(gòu)訂單管理原型系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求與目標(biāo)分析,研究原型系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu),并根據(jù)技術(shù)路線配置開發(fā)環(huán)境,開發(fā)紡織機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的訂單分配管理系統(tǒng),在案例企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)施與應(yīng)用,取得良好效果。 最后對(duì)全文的研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行總結(jié),分析其存在的不足,并對(duì)課題的后續(xù)研究進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy and the increasingly fierce market competition, textile machinery manufacturing enterprises are faced with how to improve their own production level, reduce the production cost of products, and strengthen the after-sales service level of enterprises. Challenges such as shortening the manufacturing cycle of the product. Under this background, an effective multi-supplier order allocation model is established, and the minimum purchase cost and after-sale loss cost are taken as the index under the condition that the supplier's production load rate is balanced. It is an effective way to improve the core competitiveness of spinning machine manufacturing enterprises. The purchasing management of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises is mainly the management of purchase order distribution. The quality of materials, the timely delivery rate and the production load of suppliers directly affect the effectiveness of production cost control in the process of material purchasing. In this paper, a new order distribution mechanism is established based on the principle of supplier production process, and this mechanism is successfully applied to the procurement management of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the purchasing characteristics of textile machinery industry, the procurement process for textile machinery manufacturing enterprises is analyzed and put forward. The production resource allocation framework and order allocation process model of multi-supplier in spinning machine enterprises are established. (2) the shortcomings of the classical order allocation method applied to textile machinery manufacturing enterprises under multi-supplier are analyzed and pointed out. On this basis, combined with the characteristics of the textile machinery manufacturing enterprises under the background of the order, the minimum purchase cost, after-sale loss cost, The balance of supplier production load rate is the distribution mechanism of evaluation index. (3) the problems faced by textile machinery manufacturing enterprises in multi-source procurement are described, analyzed and studied, and a multi-objective optimization model for order allocation is established. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to solve the multi-supplier and multi-objective order allocation problem, and the application examples of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises are used to verify the problem. (4) based on the application examples, This paper analyzes the requirements and objectives of the purchasing order management prototype system of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises, studies the overall structure of the prototype system, and develops the order distribution management system of textile machinery manufacturing enterprises according to the development environment according to the technical route. In the case of enterprise implementation and application, achieved good results. Finally, the paper summarizes the research content, analyzes its shortcomings, and looks forward to the future research.
