尖峰負(fù)荷下工業(yè)用戶用電序位分析模型

【摘要】:近年來我國電力需求量日益增長,電力供應(yīng)相對(duì)滯后,尤其是夏季和冬季全國大部分地區(qū)都缺電現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重。面對(duì)這一嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì),國家電網(wǎng)、各地方電力公司分別開展了多種形式的限電措施,電力需求側(cè)管理就是其中的有效手段,實(shí)施電力需求側(cè)管理有利于增加電力供應(yīng)的穩(wěn)定性,提升客戶端用電水平,提高電能和電網(wǎng)設(shè)備利用率,有序用電作為電力需求側(cè)管理的有效手段發(fā)揮著重要作用。在我國各供電公司都采取了一系列有序用電措施和方案,例如夏季高溫檢修錯(cuò)峰、企業(yè)輪休錯(cuò)峰、負(fù)荷控制避峰、可中斷負(fù)荷等。 工業(yè)用戶是用電大戶,除重大事故外的正常情況下,用電缺口基本可通過工業(yè)用戶的限電管理來進(jìn)行彌補(bǔ),對(duì)工業(yè)用戶限電序位是電網(wǎng)企業(yè)有序用電管理的重點(diǎn)。本文分別從經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值、能源價(jià)值、環(huán)境價(jià)值、用戶信用度、用戶損失等多個(gè)角度進(jìn)行研究,建立工業(yè)用戶用電序位評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,詳細(xì)闡述各指標(biāo)意義及計(jì)算方法。在對(duì)工業(yè)用戶用電序位綜合分析時(shí),本文利用序關(guān)系法和熵值法對(duì)各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合賦權(quán),采利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度替代理想點(diǎn)法中的歐式距離,成為衡量方案之間的距離,進(jìn)行逼近理想解排序。根據(jù)綜合得分從低往高排列工業(yè)用戶用電序位。最后本文以九家具有代表性的工業(yè)企業(yè)為例,運(yùn)用上述理論進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the demand for electricity in our country is increasing day by day, and the power supply is relatively lagging behind, especially in summer and winter, the phenomenon of power shortage is serious in most areas of the country. In the face of this severe situation, the State Grid and local power companies have carried out various forms of power restriction measures, and the DSM is one of the effective means, and the implementation of DSM is conducive to increasing the stability of power supply. It plays an important role in improving the level of power consumption at the client end, improving the utilization ratio of electric energy and power grid equipment, and using electricity orderly as an effective means of DSM. Various power supply companies in our country have adopted a series of orderly power consumption measures and schemes, such as summer high temperature overhauling failure peak, enterprise rotation failure peak, load control peak avoidance, interruptible load and so on. Industrial users are large users of electricity, except for major accidents, the power gap can be basically made up by the power limit management of industrial users, and the priority of power supply management in power grid enterprises is to limit the power level of industrial users. In this paper, economic value, energy value, environmental value, user credit degree, user loss and other aspects are studied, the evaluation index system of power consumption level of industrial users is established, and the significance and calculation method of each index are expounded in detail. In this paper, the sequence relation method and entropy method are used to give comprehensive weight to each index in order to replace the Euclidean distance in the ideal point method by using grey correlation degree, which becomes the distance between the measuring schemes. The approximate ideal solutions are sorted. According to the comprehensive score from low to high industrial consumer power consumption order. Finally, this paper takes nine representative industrial enterprises as an example, using the above theory to carry on the empirical analysis.
