愛普科斯公司低成本戰(zhàn)略的實施研究

【摘要】：電子元器件處于電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上游,是通信、計算機及網(wǎng)絡(luò)、數(shù)字音視頻等系統(tǒng)和終端產(chǎn)品發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),對電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。愛普科斯(EPCOS)珠海保稅區(qū)有限公司是一家以生產(chǎn)電子元件的為主營業(yè)務(wù)的外資跨國公司,由于電子元器件制造業(yè)的競爭日益激烈,企業(yè)目前面臨嚴峻的成本壓力迫使企業(yè)必須深化低成本戰(zhàn)略,建立新的成本領(lǐng)先競爭優(yōu)勢。 本文在理論綜述、現(xiàn)有研究進程以及對我國電子元件行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析和研究愛普科斯公司的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品的成本結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)內(nèi)部價值鏈,結(jié)合目前低成本戰(zhàn)略實施現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,對愛普科斯公司在設(shè)計開發(fā)、采購、生產(chǎn)制造和運輸幾個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)深化低成本戰(zhàn)略的途徑進行了探索,并依此為依據(jù)提出相應(yīng)的措施。同時,從優(yōu)化人力資源管理,留住核心員工；加強營銷渠道管理,降低銷售成本；以及完善企業(yè)文化建設(shè),提高員工的主人翁意識等三個方面為保證企業(yè)低成本戰(zhàn)略有效實施提出改進方案。為公司在將來的激烈市場競爭中獲得長期生存競爭優(yōu)勢和穩(wěn)定發(fā)展奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Electronic components are in the upstream of the electronic information industry chain. They are the basis for the development of communication, computer, network, digital audio and video systems and terminal products, and play a vital role in the development of electronic information industry. EPCOS Zhuhai Free Trade Zone Co., Ltd. is a foreign-funded multinational company which mainly deals in the production of electronic components, because of the increasingly fierce competition in the electronic component manufacturing industry. Facing severe cost pressure, enterprises must deepen low cost strategy and establish new cost leading competitive advantage. Based on the theoretical review, the current research process and the current situation of the electronic components industry in China, this paper analyzes and studies the external environment and internal resources of Epkos Company, leading the cost structure of the products and the internal value chain of the enterprise. Combined with the current situation and existing problems of low cost strategy implementation, this paper explores the ways to deepen the low cost strategy in the key links of design and development, procurement, manufacturing and transportation. According to this, the corresponding measures are put forward. At the same time, from optimizing human resource management, retaining core staff, strengthening marketing channel management, reducing sales cost, and perfecting enterprise culture construction, Improve the employee's sense of ownership in order to ensure the effective implementation of low-cost strategy. It lays a theoretical foundation for the company to obtain long-term survival competitive advantage and steady development in the future fierce market competition.
