智能電站技術(shù)改造的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析及案例研究

【摘要】:電力行業(yè)由工業(yè)化正在向信息化轉(zhuǎn)變,隨著全球資源環(huán)境壓力的不斷增大,社會對環(huán)境保護(hù)、節(jié)能減排以及可持續(xù)性發(fā)展等方面的要求日益提高;同時(shí),由于電力市場化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)以及用戶對電能可靠性和質(zhì)量要求的不斷提升,又要求未來的電網(wǎng)必須能夠具備更加安全、可靠、清潔、優(yōu)質(zhì)的電力供應(yīng)能力,智能電網(wǎng)是在此背景下提出的電網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展方向。 智能化變電站是堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)中實(shí)現(xiàn)能源轉(zhuǎn)換和控制的核心平臺之一,是智能電網(wǎng)的重要組成部分,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)能、太陽能等新能源接入電網(wǎng)的重要支撐,因此本文將其作為研究的主要問題。 智能化變電站與傳統(tǒng)變電站相比,在初期建設(shè)投資,后期運(yùn)行維護(hù)費(fèi)用上存在明顯的差異,本文建立相關(guān)模型,并以洛陽供電區(qū)某110千伏智能變電站為例對二者在設(shè)備全壽命周期內(nèi)的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行全面的比較。智能化變電站在運(yùn)行維護(hù)費(fèi)用上相比傳統(tǒng)電站有著相當(dāng)大的優(yōu)勢,通過實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備“周期檢修”向“狀態(tài)檢修”的轉(zhuǎn)變,延長了站內(nèi)設(shè)備的檢修周期,即有效降低了設(shè)備檢修頻率,從而每年可大大降低用電成本、運(yùn)行維護(hù)成本及人力值守成本。從一次性投資來講,變電站按智能電站方案設(shè)計(jì)比常規(guī)變電站投資增加較多,但隨著智能化電力設(shè)備技術(shù)的日漸成熟,智能變電站投資將會有所降低。除直接的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益外,智能化變電站還能帶來可靠性效益、社會效益和環(huán)保效益等非直接效益。
[Abstract]:The electric power industry is changing from industrialization to information technology. With the increasing pressure of global resources and environment, the demand of society for environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development is increasing day by day; at the same time, Because of the continuous progress of the electric power marketization and the continuous improvement of the customers' requirements for the reliability and quality of electric energy, it is also required that the future power grid must have a more secure, reliable, clean and high-quality power supply capacity. Smart grid is the development direction of grid technology under this background. Intelligent substation is one of the core platforms to realize energy conversion and control in the construction of strong smart grid. It is also an important part of smart grid, and also an important support to realize new energy such as wind energy and solar energy. Therefore, this paper regards it as the main problem of the research. Compared with the traditional substation, the intelligent substation has obvious difference in the initial construction investment and the later operation and maintenance cost. Taking a 110kV intelligent substation in Luoyang power supply area as an example, the technical and economic indexes in the whole life cycle of the equipment are compared. Compared with the traditional power station, intelligent substation has considerable advantages in operating and maintenance costs. By realizing the transformation from "periodic maintenance" to "condition maintenance", the maintenance period of equipment in the station is prolonged. The frequency of equipment maintenance is reduced effectively, and the cost of electricity consumption, operation and maintenance, and manpower on duty are greatly reduced every year. In terms of one-time investment, the investment of intelligent substation based on intelligent power station scheme is higher than that of conventional substation, but with the development of intelligent power equipment technology, the investment of intelligent substation will be reduced. In addition to direct economic benefits, intelligent substations can bring indirect benefits such as reliability benefit, social benefit and environmental protection benefit.
