【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展會(huì)呈現(xiàn)出不同程度的地理特征，產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚便是其中之一。產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚是國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)之一，根據(jù)相關(guān)理論和實(shí)證研究表明，產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)發(fā)揮著重要的作用。當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展日趨全球化和區(qū)域一體化，產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚不僅能提高區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力，抵御經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的危機(jī)，還能為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)做出重要的貢獻(xiàn)。這吸引了大批經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)和地理學(xué)領(lǐng)域等眾多學(xué)者對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚及與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的研究。 東部地區(qū)由于地理位置優(yōu)越、比較優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯，一直是國(guó)家優(yōu)先、重點(diǎn)發(fā)展和扶持區(qū)域，產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)象相對(duì)中西部來(lái)說(shuō)比較明顯。而在眾多產(chǎn)業(yè)中，制造業(yè)的集聚又尤為明顯。所以，本文研究的行業(yè)為制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)，中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展的新紀(jì)元，制造業(yè)發(fā)展和集聚狀況也出現(xiàn)了新的特征。因此，本文選擇東部地區(qū)11省市制造業(yè)為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)東部地區(qū)制造業(yè)2001-2011年間產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚及經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系展開(kāi)了研究。 本文首先對(duì)東部地區(qū)制造業(yè)2001-2011年間總體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及省際分布有了大致的分析；其次，利用Ellison-Glaeser指數(shù)衡量了產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平，并分析了造成集聚程度高低及變化的原因；再次，結(jié)合了EG指數(shù)、專業(yè)化水平指數(shù)、內(nèi)部規(guī)模和產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)活躍程度指標(biāo)建立了回歸模型，考察了產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度對(duì)東部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的作用。研究結(jié)果表明：在2001-2011年間,東部地區(qū)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)有正向促進(jìn)作用。最后，針對(duì)東部地區(qū)制造業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和集聚情況，提出了針對(duì)性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The development of economy will show different geographical characteristics, industrial agglomeration is one of them. Industrial agglomeration is one of the inevitable trends of national economy and industrial development. According to relevant theories and empirical studies, industrial agglomeration plays an important role in regional economic growth. With the globalization of world economy and regional integration, industrial agglomeration can not only improve the competitiveness of regional industries, resist the crisis in economic development, but also make important contributions to regional economic growth. This has attracted a large number of scholars, such as economics, management and geography, to study the relationship between industrial agglomeration and economic growth. Due to its superior geographical position and obvious comparative advantage, the eastern region has always been a national priority, and the development and support area is the key. The phenomenon of industrial agglomeration is more obvious than that of the central and western regions. And in numerous industries, the agglomeration of manufacturing industry is especially obvious. Therefore, the industry studied in this paper is manufacturing industry. In the 21st century, China's economy has entered a new era of rapid development, and the development and agglomeration of manufacturing industry has also appeared new characteristics. Therefore, this paper chooses 11 provinces and cities manufacturing industry in the eastern region as the research object, and studies the relationship between industrial agglomeration and economic growth in the eastern region from 2001 to 2011. This paper firstly gives a general analysis of the overall development and interprovincial distribution of manufacturing industry in the eastern region from 2001 to 2011. Secondly, it uses Ellison-Glaeser index to measure the level of industrial agglomeration, and analyzes the reasons for the degree of agglomeration and its changes. Combined with EG index, specialization level index, internal scale and industry competition activity index, the regression model was established, and the effect of industrial agglomeration on economic growth in eastern region was investigated. The results show that from 2001 to 2011, the industrial agglomeration of manufacturing industry in eastern China has a positive effect on economic growth. Finally, aiming at the present situation and agglomeration of manufacturing industry in the eastern region, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions.
