【摘要】:企業(yè)文化是指企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中逐步形成的,并表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的企業(yè)總體風(fēng)采,是企業(yè)在長(zhǎng)期的經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中所形成的一種企業(yè)全員所認(rèn)同的集體價(jià)值觀和群體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)。優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化包含著深厚的文化底蘊(yùn),是企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之所在。自二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái),,中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織,并且迎來(lái)了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化時(shí)代的到來(lái),面對(duì)著與日俱增的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力以及新的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì),中國(guó)的企業(yè)家們紛紛認(rèn)識(shí)到企業(yè)單靠物質(zhì)力量已經(jīng)難以獲得更多的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),他們意識(shí)到擁有一個(gè)可以傳承的企業(yè)文化在維持企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期持續(xù)發(fā)展中的作用。由此,我國(guó)企業(yè)紛紛開始重視、研究和塑造具有本企業(yè)特色的企業(yè)文化。文章以郴州市煙草公司為研究對(duì)象,在分析該了公司的文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題后,設(shè)計(jì)了針對(duì)該公司的企業(yè)文化優(yōu)化方案。 文章首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于企業(yè)文化的研究現(xiàn)狀以及企業(yè)文化優(yōu)化的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論。文章本著實(shí)事求是的態(tài)度,采用實(shí)證及規(guī)范分析的研究方法,著重分析了郴州市煙草公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀,指出了郴州市煙草公司在企業(yè)文化認(rèn)知、人本問(wèn)題、文化執(zhí)行力、文化建設(shè)系統(tǒng)性以及創(chuàng)新性等方面存在的問(wèn)題,并且仔細(xì)的挖掘了企業(yè)在文化建設(shè)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的根源。最后文章結(jié)合煙草行業(yè)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論與郴州市煙草公司企業(yè)文化的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)具體的優(yōu)化方案,并就存在的上述問(wèn)題提出了在加強(qiáng)理論學(xué)習(xí)、堅(jiān)持以人為本、完善制度建設(shè)、建設(shè)執(zhí)行力文化以及提倡創(chuàng)新文化等方面進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化建設(shè)郴州市煙草公司企業(yè)文化的具體措施。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture refers to the enterprise gradually formed in the process of production and management, and shows the overall style of the enterprise. It is a collective value and group competitive consciousness which is formed by the enterprise in the long-term management process. Excellent corporate culture contains profound cultural background, is the core competitiveness of enterprises. Since the 21 century, China has joined the World Trade Organization and ushered in the era of global economic integration, facing the increasing market competition pressure and the new market economy situation. Chinese entrepreneurs have come to realize that it is no longer possible for companies to gain more competitive advantages through material forces alone, and they realize the role of having a culture that can be passed on in sustaining the long-term development of enterprises. As a result, Chinese enterprises have begun to attach importance to, research and shape the enterprise culture with its own characteristics. This paper takes Chenzhou Tobacco Company as the research object, after analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the company's cultural construction, designs the optimization scheme for the company's corporate culture. Firstly, this paper introduces the research status of corporate culture at home and abroad and the relevant basic theories of corporate culture optimization. Based on the attitude of seeking truth from facts and adopting the research method of empirical and normative analysis, this paper emphatically analyzes the development course and present situation of the enterprise culture construction of Chenzhou Tobacco Company, and points out the problems of cognition and humanism in the enterprise culture of Chenzhou Tobacco Company. The problems in the aspects of culture execution, cultural construction systematization and innovation, etc., and the root causes of these problems in the process of cultural construction have been carefully excavated. Finally, combining the theory of enterprise culture construction of tobacco industry and the present situation and problems of Chenzhou tobacco company's enterprise culture, this paper designs a concrete optimization scheme, and puts forward the strengthening of theoretical study on the above problems. The concrete measures of further optimizing the enterprise culture of Chenzhou tobacco company are to insist on people-oriented, perfect the system construction, construct the culture of executive power and promote the culture of innovation.
