【摘要】：藥品價格管制是中國醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制的重要方面,也是國內(nèi)關注的焦點。藥品價格體系混亂、藥品價格虛高、醫(yī)藥費用居高不下等問題對醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革、社會資源合理配置、藥品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營企業(yè)公平競爭、醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展造成不利影響,藥品價格管制作用和效果始終受到質(zhì)疑。實現(xiàn)不同政策目標平衡,保證藥品質(zhì)量和費用的合理控制,必須以科學的藥品價格管制作為支撐。
[Abstract]:Drug price control is an important aspect of China's medical and health system, and also the focus of domestic attention. The confusion of the drug price system, the false high drug prices and the high medical expenses have adversely affected the reform of the medical and health system, the rational allocation of social resources, the fair competition of pharmaceutical production and marketing enterprises, and the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry. The role and effect of drug price control have always been questioned. To achieve the balance of different policy objectives and to ensure the reasonable control of drug quality and cost, scientific drug price control should be taken as the support.
