【摘要】：煤炭資源對于我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展作用很大,它是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展所需的最主要的消耗能源,所以煤炭企業(yè)的發(fā)展很大程度上是會影響到其他領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。眾所周知,山西省是有名的煤炭大省,煤炭企業(yè)在山西省的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用,是山西省的經(jīng)濟命脈,而技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要促進因素,所以煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的強弱不僅僅關(guān)系到本企業(yè)創(chuàng)新速度的快慢,也關(guān)系到整個山西省區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展。如何對山西省煤炭企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進行評價,在評價中找出優(yōu)勢和不足,制定出合理的政策措施來提升其技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,實現(xiàn)整個行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是一個急需研究和解決的問題。 基于上述的背景,本文在利用技術(shù)創(chuàng)新相關(guān)理論,借助調(diào)查法、文獻整理法、主成分分析等方法的幫助下,對山西省煤炭企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進行了評價和研究。論文的正文部分是分以下幾個部分來完成的：首先文章第一部分概括了本文的研究目的和本文的研究意義,主要介紹了山西省煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評價的課題的來源和立論的背景,也介紹了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面的研究現(xiàn)狀。文章第二部分,介紹了本文用到的用來評價企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的相關(guān)性理論。文章的第三部分,是介紹影響煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的因素,本文建立的評價體系以及本文用到的評價辦法。文章的第四部分,首先介紹了山西省煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力目前的現(xiàn)狀和所處的水平,接下來對山西省煤炭企業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的發(fā)展過程遇到的問題進行總結(jié)。在完成了前四部分的鋪墊之后,文章在第五部分開始對山西煤炭企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進行評價和研究。本文選取了山西省煤炭企業(yè)從2001年到2010十年的數(shù)據(jù),運用SPSS分析工具對這些數(shù)據(jù)進行主成分分析,接著結(jié)合主成分分析法的原理,就分析結(jié)果做了總結(jié)和評論。文章第六部分,是根據(jù)第五部分得出的評價結(jié)果,針對如何提高山西省煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力這個問題,提出了相應(yīng)了對策措施。文章的最后一個部分,是對本論文得出的結(jié)論,本論文的創(chuàng)新之處和本論文存在的局限性做綜合闡述的。 本論文的貢獻有以下幾點：(1)根據(jù)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)理論,界定了煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的概念,建立了符合山西省煤炭企業(yè)的評價技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的指標(biāo)體系。(2)分析了山西省煤炭企業(yè)目前的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀。(3)運用主成分分析方法,評價了山西省煤炭企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,并針對評價結(jié)果結(jié)合山西省具體的情況,給出了提高山西省煤炭企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的方法和對策。
[Abstract]:Coal resources play a very important role in the development of our economy, which is the most important energy consumption for economic development, so the development of coal enterprises will affect the development of other industries to a large extent. As we all know, Shanxi Province is a famous coal province, and coal enterprises play an important role in the economic development of Shanxi Province. It is the economic lifeline of Shanxi Province, and technological innovation is an important promoting factor of economic development. Therefore, the strength of technological innovation ability of coal enterprises is not only related to the speed of innovation, but also related to the development of the regional technological innovation ability of Shanxi Province. How to evaluate the technological innovation ability of the coal enterprises in Shanxi Province, find out the advantages and disadvantages in the evaluation, formulate reasonable policies and measures to enhance its technological innovation ability, and realize the sustainable development of the whole industry. Is an urgent need to study and solve the problem. Based on the above background, this paper evaluates and studies the technological innovation ability of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province with the help of the relevant theories of technological innovation, with the help of the methods of investigation, literature collation and principal component analysis. The text of the thesis is divided into the following parts: the first part of the article summarizes the purpose of this paper and the significance of this study. This paper mainly introduces the source and background of the evaluation of technological innovation ability of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province, and also introduces the research status quo of technological innovation at home and abroad. In the second part, the relevance theory used in this paper to evaluate the technological innovation ability of enterprises is introduced. The third part of the article is to introduce the factors that affect the technological innovation ability of coal enterprises, the evaluation system established in this paper and the evaluation methods used in this paper. The fourth part of the article firstly introduces the present situation and level of technological innovation ability of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province and then summarizes the problems encountered in the development process of technological innovation ability of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province. After the completion of the first four parts, the fifth part of the article began to evaluate and study the technological innovation ability of Shanxi coal enterprises. This paper selects the data of Shanxi coal enterprises from 2001 to 2010 years, and uses SPSS analysis tool to carry on the principal component analysis to these data, then combined with the principal component analysis principle, has made the summary and the comment on the analysis result. The sixth part of the article is based on the evaluation results of the fifth part, aiming at how to improve the technical innovation ability of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province, put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The last part of this paper is the conclusion of this paper, the innovation of this paper and the limitations of this paper. The contributions of this paper are as follows: (1) the concept of technological innovation in coal enterprises is defined according to the current research situation and related theories at home and abroad. The index system of evaluating technological innovation ability of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province is established. (2) the present situation of technological innovation ability of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province is analyzed. (3) the technological innovation ability of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province is evaluated by principal component analysis method. According to the evaluation results and the concrete situation of Shanxi Province, the methods and countermeasures to improve the technological innovation ability of coal enterprises in Shanxi Province are put forward.
