【摘要】:林業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展中極其重要的行業(yè),在貫徹可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中具有重要地位,在生態(tài)建設(shè)中具有首要地位,在西部大開發(fā)中具有基礎(chǔ)地位,在應(yīng)對氣候變化中林業(yè)具有特殊地位。林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化是我國林業(yè)發(fā)展的必經(jīng)之路,將社會化大生產(chǎn)的規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)特征和市場機(jī)制的高效特征緊密結(jié)合,對提高我國林業(yè)發(fā)展效率、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式有著十分重要的意義。林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化過程中,林業(yè)企業(yè)扮演著極其重要的角色。林業(yè)企業(yè)不僅包含國有的森林工業(yè)企業(yè),還包括為數(shù)眾多的木材加工企業(yè)、機(jī)械加工企業(yè)、木材綜合利用加工企業(yè)等,重視加強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品精深加工和綜合利用,拓展延長產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。 筆者所在的WL木業(yè)公司是一家加工制造人造板的資源綜合利用型企業(yè),是國家“十一五”期間重點鼓勵發(fā)展的項目,符合“十二五”規(guī)劃中大力提倡的林業(yè)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品精深加工和綜合利用的發(fā)展方向。為響應(yīng)國家“突出創(chuàng)新、強(qiáng)化應(yīng)用、升級產(chǎn)業(yè)、服務(wù)林改”的指導(dǎo)方針,提高企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和核心競爭力,WL木業(yè)公司在可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路上堅持不懈地前行,將攻克技術(shù)瓶頸、加速科技進(jìn)步、提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力放在頭等重要的位置。本文即是在國家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)和政策環(huán)境之下,探索WL木業(yè)公司以及以之為代表的眾多林業(yè)企業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略方面的解決之道。 技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)獲得持續(xù)核心競爭力的源泉,是企業(yè)追求基業(yè)長青的基礎(chǔ)。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略體系中極為重要的一環(huán),是在客觀分析企業(yè)所處的外部環(huán)境和自身具備的內(nèi)部特征基礎(chǔ)上,是為企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新設(shè)定目標(biāo)、制定方案、提供支撐所做的總體規(guī)劃,是企業(yè)實現(xiàn)總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的重要保障。目前,我國眾多企業(yè)尤其是中小型企業(yè),在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略方面缺乏堅實的理論基礎(chǔ)和系統(tǒng)的實踐驗證。因此,本文將以筆者所在的WL木業(yè)公司為研究對象,調(diào)查和診斷公司發(fā)展及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀,并以理論研究和經(jīng)驗分析為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)出適用于中小企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略實踐的普遍規(guī)律。 本文以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)理論和中小企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研究為基礎(chǔ),針對WL木業(yè)公司進(jìn)行概況介紹、戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析和問題診斷,分析開展技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是公司贏得市場競爭、保持核心競爭力的關(guān)鍵的結(jié)論,并且對WL木業(yè)公司可能采取的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析、比較和選擇。在確定了WL公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略之后,本文進(jìn)一步論證技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方案的可行性、介紹技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方案的內(nèi)容并對其進(jìn)行全面評估。此外,還將對WL公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的局限和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方案實施的難點進(jìn)行客觀分析,相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施也是本文嘗試探索的內(nèi)容。 本報告以理論研究和經(jīng)驗分析為基礎(chǔ),圍繞WL木業(yè)公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的具體問題進(jìn)行研究,旨在以WL木業(yè)公司為案例,摸索出適合我國中小型企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的分析、選擇和實施之路。 本文的理論貢獻(xiàn)在于從理論研究和經(jīng)驗分析兩個角度印證了“技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的源泉,是企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略體系的重要一環(huán)”的重要觀點。其二,本文以WL木業(yè)公司為研究對象,分析中小型企業(yè)開展技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的外部環(huán)境條件與內(nèi)部企業(yè)特征,提出若干可能的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略并探索做出戰(zhàn)略選擇的依據(jù)。其三,本文將我國中小企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略理論研究成果延伸至木業(yè)行業(yè),彌補(bǔ)了理論研究成果在具體行業(yè)應(yīng)用對策的不足,豐富了相應(yīng)的理論體系,為同類型公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新實踐提供理論依據(jù)。 本文在實踐方面的貢獻(xiàn)可歸納為兩方面:一方面,本文以WL木業(yè)公司的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研和診斷為基礎(chǔ),為其量身選擇了適合外部環(huán)境條件和內(nèi)部企業(yè)特征的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略,并以之為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行設(shè)計技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方案,為WL木業(yè)公司實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題探索出一條適合的道路。另一方面,本文為以WL木業(yè)公司為代表的廣大中小型企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新提供了實踐依據(jù),構(gòu)建了從現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研、問題診斷、戰(zhàn)略選擇、方案設(shè)計到戰(zhàn)略實施的完整過程,對我國中小型企業(yè)進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略選擇和方案實施有較強(qiáng)的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Forestry is an important industry in China ' s national economy and social development . It plays an important role in the implementation of sustainable development strategy . It plays an important role in the development of forestry .

The WL Wood Industry Company is a comprehensive and comprehensive enterprise for processing and manufacturing artificial board . It is the key to encourage development during the Eleventh Five - Year Plan period . It is in line with the development direction of deep processing and comprehensive utilization of forestry enterprise products advocated in the 12th Five - Year Plan . In order to improve the technological innovation ability and core competitiveness of enterprises in response to the country ' s " outstanding innovation , strengthen the application , upgrade industry and service forest reform " , WL timber company will be able to move forward on the road of sustainable development , to explore the bottleneck of technological innovation , accelerate the scientific and technological progress , and improve the technological innovation ability . This article is to explore the solution of WL timber industry company and many forestry enterprises represented by it under the national macro - economic and policy environment in the technical innovation strategy .

Technological innovation is the source of enterprise ' s sustainable core competitiveness . It is the basis of enterprise ' s pursuit of the long - term development of the basic industry . The technological innovation strategy is the important guarantee for the enterprise to realize the overall strategic goal .

Based on the theory of technological innovation , the strategy of technological innovation and the research of technological innovation of small and medium - sized enterprises , this paper makes a brief introduction , strategic environment analysis and problem diagnosis based on the research of technological innovation of WL . After determining the technological innovation strategy of WL company , this paper further demonstrates the feasibility of technological innovation , introduces the content of technological innovation scheme and makes a comprehensive evaluation .

Based on theoretical research and empirical analysis , this report is based on the specific problems of the technology innovation strategy of WL timber industry , aiming at the analysis , selection and implementation of technology innovation strategy suitable for small and medium - sized enterprises in China .

Based on the theory research and empirical analysis , this paper proves that " technological innovation strategy is the source of sustainable development of enterprises " , and it is an important aspect of the strategic system of enterprises . The paper analyzes the external environment conditions and internal enterprise characteristics of technological innovation in small and medium enterprises , and puts forward some possible technological innovation strategies and explores the basis for making strategic choices .

On the one hand , based on the research and diagnosis of WL timber industry , this paper gives a practical basis for selecting the technological innovation strategy suitable for external environment condition and internal enterprise characteristic , and explores a suitable way for WL timber industry to realize sustainable development . On the other hand , this paper constructs a complete process from present research , problem diagnosis , strategic choice and scheme design to strategic implementation , and has a strong reference value for the strategic choice and implementation of technological innovation in small and medium enterprises in China .
