【摘要】：廚房電器行業(yè)是一種相對來說比較特殊的制造業(yè)，它與人們的生活息息相關。受到傳統(tǒng)思想和生活方式的影響，我國的廚房電器市場經歷了一段比較長的開拓過程。近年來，年輕一代人群開始成為這一行業(yè)的主要消費群體，加上人們對廚房用具要求的日益增加，廚電行業(yè)已成為制造業(yè)中的朝陽產業(yè)，并進入到快速增長階段。 本文將廚電行業(yè)中正處于轉型期的QF廚房電器有限責任公司作為研究對象，，采用理論分析與實際案例相結合的方法對其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行研究。首先，通過分析QF公司的宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境，闡述了廚電行業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢以及QF公司面臨的契機和挑戰(zhàn)。其次對QF公司的內部環(huán)境包括組織架構、人力資源管理以及營銷渠道進行了分析，并探討公司的現有優(yōu)勢和劣勢，面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。 再次，利用ADL矩陣討論了廚電行業(yè)的行業(yè)周期發(fā)展階段以及企業(yè)市場競爭地位。文章指出整個廚電行業(yè)處在高速的成長階段，QF公司在行業(yè)中處于有利的競爭地位，應該采取聚焦差異化戰(zhàn)略和縱向一體化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略有效進行資源整合。最后，文章提出企業(yè)需要從組織架構、人力資源管理，技術管理以及營銷管理上進行創(chuàng)新和改進，為公司的長遠發(fā)展，最終獲得持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢提供堅強的后盾。
[Abstract]:Kitchen electrical industry is a relatively special manufacturing industry, it is closely related to people's lives. Under the influence of traditional thought and life style, the kitchen appliance market of our country has experienced a long development process. In recent years, the young generation began to become the main consumer group of this industry, and the increasing demand for kitchen appliances, the kitchen power industry has become a sunrise industry in the manufacturing industry, and has entered a rapid growth stage. In this paper, the QF Kitchen Electric Co., Ltd, which is in the transition period in the kitchen electricity industry, is taken as the research object. The development strategy of QF Kitchen Electric Co., Ltd is studied by combining theoretical analysis with practical cases. Firstly, by analyzing the macro environment and industry environment of QF Company, the development trend of kitchen electricity industry and the opportunity and challenge faced by QF Company are expounded. Secondly, it analyzes the internal environment of QF company, including organization structure, human resource management and marketing channel, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by QF company. Thirdly, using ADL matrix to discuss the stage of industry cycle development and the competitive position of enterprises. The paper points out that the whole kitchen power industry is in a favorable competitive position at a high growth stage in the industry, and should adopt focusing differentiation strategy and vertical integration development strategy to effectively integrate resources. Finally, the paper points out that enterprises need to innovate and improve from organizational structure, human resource management, technology management and marketing management, so as to provide strong backing for the long-term development of the company and the sustainable competitive advantage.
