【摘要】：浦東L地區(qū)長期被用作浦東地區(qū)的生活垃圾處置場所,浦東地區(qū)幾個主要的垃圾生化處理廠和垃圾填埋場均位于該區(qū)域內(nèi),但由于處理工藝不當、管理不善等原因的影響,造成了該地區(qū)嚴重的環(huán)境污染問題,尤其是空氣臭味的影響特別嚴重。 為了妥善的解決該地區(qū)長期存在的環(huán)境污染問題,同時也考慮到浦東地區(qū)生活垃圾長期合理處置的要求,政府部門特別籌建了浦東L垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠,通過垃圾焚燒的方式解決垃圾處置和環(huán)境污染的問題。 本文通過項目的背景信息、垃圾焚燒發(fā)電的產(chǎn)業(yè)情況、項目的商業(yè)投資信息、項目的建設(shè)規(guī)模及整體設(shè)計、項目現(xiàn)狀、項目中存在的問題,以及項目的業(yè)主單位浦東地區(qū)的一家大型國資企業(yè)經(jīng)營該項目中存在的一系列問題等方面來綜合詳細分析項目中存在的問題,并尋求解決之道。
[Abstract]:Pudong L area has long been used as a municipal solid waste disposal site in Pudong area. Several major waste biochemistry treatment plants and landfills in Pudong area are located in this area, but due to improper treatment process and poor management, etc. Has caused serious environmental pollution in the region, especially the effects of the smell of air. In order to properly solve the long-standing problem of environmental pollution in the area, and also to take into account the requirement of long-term and reasonable disposal of municipal solid waste in Pudong, the government has specially planned to build a power plant for incineration of municipal solid waste in Pudong. Waste disposal and environmental pollution are solved by waste incineration. Based on the background information of the project, the industrial situation of the waste incineration power generation, the commercial investment information of the project, the scale and overall design of the project, the status quo of the project, the problems existing in the project, And a series of problems existing in the operation of the project by a large state-owned enterprise in Pudong area, which is the owner of the project, are analyzed in detail and the solutions are sought.
