東方地球物理公司研究院科技人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:科技人才是人力資源的重要組成部分,是社會財富的主要創(chuàng)造者。科技人才短缺問題已經(jīng)成為制約東方地球物理公司研究院發(fā)展的瓶頸,如何成功培養(yǎng)科技人才已成為東方地球物理公司研究院一項重要而緊迫的任務(wù)。本文圍繞東方地球物理公司研究院科技人才培養(yǎng)這一主題,依據(jù)科技人才培養(yǎng)所涉及的相關(guān)理論知識,以及人才成長的規(guī)律,來分析研究院科技人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,從而找出研究院科技人才成長中存在的問題。 在科技人才培養(yǎng)相關(guān)理論部分,重點對科技人才的內(nèi)涵和特征,科技人才培養(yǎng)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了歸納,并對國內(nèi)外科技人才培養(yǎng)模式的典型案例作了分析。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過數(shù)據(jù)分析對比,分析了研究院科技人才的現(xiàn)狀,接著對現(xiàn)有培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行了剖析,指出科技人才結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,科技人才質(zhì)量有待進(jìn)一步提高,科技人才隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)也不盡合理,科技人才的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)也存在問題;培養(yǎng)過程缺乏系統(tǒng)性;科技人才分層分類培養(yǎng)不夠;個人能力和職業(yè)道德教育有待加強等問題。 在借鑒國內(nèi)外科技人才培養(yǎng)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了東方地球物理公司研究院科技人才培養(yǎng)的總體思路,建立了研究院科技人才培養(yǎng)模式:校企復(fù)合培養(yǎng)模式和企業(yè)內(nèi)部培養(yǎng)模式,并建立相應(yīng)保障措施,將研究院科技人才分層分類進(jìn)行培養(yǎng),促進(jìn)科技人才成長,利用研究院現(xiàn)有資源,構(gòu)建研究院處理解釋一體化人才培養(yǎng)基地,建立研究院科技人才信息庫,利用現(xiàn)代化的信息工具,統(tǒng)一對全院科技人才進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)、管理和使用。通過科技人才培養(yǎng)工作,讓這支科技人才隊伍發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的作用,為研究院的發(fā)展做出更大貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Science and technology talent is an important part of human resources and the main creator of social wealth. The shortage of scientific and technological talents has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the Research Institute of Oriental Geophysical Company. How to train scientific and technological talents successfully has become an important and urgent task for the Research Institute of Oriental Geophysical Company. This paper focuses on the topic of scientific and technological personnel training in the Research Institute of Oriental Geophysical Company, and analyzes the present situation of scientific and technological personnel training in the research institute according to the relevant theoretical knowledge involved in the cultivation of scientific and technological talents and the law of talent growth. In the relevant theory part of scientific and technological talents training, the connotation and characteristics of scientific and technological talents and the relevant theories of scientific and technological talents training are summarized. At the same time, it analyzes the typical cases of the training mode of science and technology talents at home and abroad. On the basis of theoretical analysis, through data analysis and comparison, this paper analyzes the present situation of scientific and technological talents in the research institute, then analyzes the existing training mode, and points out that the structure of scientific and technological talents is unreasonable, and the quality of scientific and technological talents needs to be further improved. The structure of scientific and technological talents is not reasonable, the age structure of scientific and technological talents is also problematic, the training process is lack of systematization, the stratification and classification of scientific and technological talents is not enough; Personal ability and professional ethics education need to be strengthened. On the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of scientific and technological personnel training at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the general idea of scientific and technological personnel training in the Academy of Oriental Geophysical Company. The scientific and technological talents training mode of the research institute is established: the compound training model and the internal training mode of the enterprise, and the corresponding safeguard measures are set up to train the scientific and technological talents in the research institute by stratification and classification, so as to promote the growth of the scientific and technological talents. Using the existing resources of the research institute, the author constructs the training base of the scientific and technological talents of the institute, establishes the scientific and technological talents information database of the research institute, and unifies the cultivation, management and use of the scientific and technological talents in the whole institute by using the modern information tools. Through the cultivation of scientific and technological talents, this scientific and technological talent team should play its due role and make greater contributions to the development of the institute.
