中鐵四局企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)緩慢復(fù)蘇,國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變,中鐵四局面臨眾多的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,但也存在諸多的威脅。為使中鐵四局能利用自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)去抓住機(jī)會(huì)持續(xù)、健康地發(fā)展,同時(shí)克服劣勢(shì)、回避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),促使企業(yè)向做大做強(qiáng)做優(yōu),本文通過(guò)閱讀、總結(jié)、分析國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略管理理論進(jìn)行梳理回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,采用宏觀環(huán)境分析與微觀環(huán)境分析、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)中鐵四局所處環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,力求為中鐵四局尋求最佳的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、PEST分析法和“五力”分析模型等方法,對(duì)中鐵四局所處的宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況進(jìn)行了分析,認(rèn)為中鐵四局具備快速發(fā)展的條件和機(jī)遇,但也面臨著和其他建筑商之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇、供應(yīng)商議價(jià)能力增強(qiáng)、購(gòu)買者討價(jià)還價(jià)能力強(qiáng)等威脅。本文還運(yùn)用內(nèi)部要素評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)中鐵四局內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,認(rèn)為中鐵四局具有較好人、財(cái)、物及組織資源的同時(shí),也存在企業(yè)發(fā)展方向需重新定位和企業(yè)運(yùn)行管理效率低下等問(wèn)題。 在綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了SWOT分析模型,提出中鐵四局的基本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)采用發(fā)展型戰(zhàn)略,公司層的總體戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)采用基于核心技術(shù)的多領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。確定中鐵四局未來(lái)發(fā)展的總目標(biāo)并認(rèn)為公司總目標(biāo)實(shí)際上是企業(yè)做大、做強(qiáng)、做優(yōu)的過(guò)程。隨后,本文提出中鐵四局做大、做強(qiáng)、做優(yōu)的途徑和措施,并且提出了保證其實(shí)施的對(duì)策措施。 最后,提出應(yīng)重點(diǎn)做好6項(xiàng)戰(zhàn)略保障:1.信息化保障措施;2.精細(xì)化保障措施;3.專業(yè)化保障措施;4.創(chuàng)新保障措施;5.人才保障措施;6.企業(yè)文化保障措施。
[Abstract]:At present, the international economic growth recovers slowly, the domestic market environment is complex and changeable, China Railway four Bureau is faced with many development opportunities, but there are also many threats. In order to make the fourth Bureau of China Railway make use of its own advantages to seize the opportunity to develop continuously and healthily, at the same time to overcome the inferior position, avoid the risk, urge the enterprise to become bigger, stronger and better, this paper analyzes the relevant literature at home and abroad through reading, summing up, and analyzing the relevant literature at home and abroad. On the basis of reviewing the relevant strategic management theories, the paper analyzes the environment of the four railway bureaus in detail by combining the macro environmental analysis with the micro environmental analysis, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis. In order to seek the best development strategy for the fourth China Railway Bureau, this paper analyzes the macro environment and the competition situation of the four railway corporations by using the methods of statistical analysis and "five forces" analysis model, etc. It is considered that the fourth Bureau of China Railway has the conditions and opportunities for rapid development, but it also faces the threat of intensifying competition with other builders, strengthening the bargaining power of suppliers and strong bargaining power of buyers. This paper also makes a detailed analysis of the internal environment of the fourth China Railway Railway Bureau by using the method of internal factor evaluation. It is considered that the fourth China Railway Railway Bureau has good human, financial, material and organizational resources at the same time. There are also some problems such as the need to reorient the development direction of enterprises and the low efficiency of enterprise operation and management. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, the SWOT analysis model is constructed, and the basic competitive strategy of the four railway bureaus of China should adopt the developmental strategy. The overall strategy of company level should adopt multi-domain specialization development strategy based on core technology. It is considered that the overall goal of the company is actually the process of making enterprises bigger, stronger and better. Then, this paper puts forward the ways and measures to make the fourth Bureau of China Railway bigger, stronger and better, and puts forward the countermeasures to ensure its implementation. Finally, it puts forward that we should do a good job of six strategic guarantees: 1. Information security measures. Meticulous safeguard measures. Specialized safeguard measures. Innovation safeguard measures. Talent guarantee measures. Measures to safeguard corporate culture.
