【摘要】：在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略制勝的時(shí)代,越來越多的企業(yè)把加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略管理作為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。南京J交通建設(shè)集團(tuán)由于新組建,經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)比較單薄,正面臨著較高的經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn),制定科學(xué)可行有效的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略已成為J集團(tuán)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文根據(jù)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的一般理論,按照戰(zhàn)略分析、戰(zhàn)略制定與選擇、戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的邏輯順序,為J集團(tuán)制定了一整套詳細(xì)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃方案。本文運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的系統(tǒng)研究方法,綜合運(yùn)用幾種常用的戰(zhàn)略管理分析工具,包括PEST分析法、波特五力分析模型、企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈分析法、SWOT分析法,對企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)、深入的研究分析,明確了企業(yè)屬性和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)思想、定位、目標(biāo),選擇確定了相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略以及戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施。南京J交通建設(shè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的整體思路是在政府主導(dǎo)下,實(shí)行市場化運(yùn)作,承擔(dān)著區(qū)域道路建設(shè)和國有資產(chǎn)保值增值兩大使命,致力于將企業(yè)打造成一個(gè)集融資、投資、建設(shè)、經(jīng)營、服務(wù)于一體,適應(yīng)市場環(huán)境的國有控股、自主經(jīng)營、自負(fù)盈虧的大型綜合交通產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)。J集團(tuán)將圍繞“交通”做產(chǎn)業(yè),加強(qiáng)區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),推動交通相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,不斷增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競爭力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的總體發(fā)展目標(biāo)。本文通過運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論和工具對J集團(tuán)進(jìn)行深入的研究分析,為企業(yè)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the era of strategic success, more and more enterprises take strengthening strategic management as the top priority. Nanjing J Transportation Construction Group is faced with higher operating risk because of its new establishment and weak business operation. Therefore, it is urgent for J Group to formulate scientific, feasible and effective enterprise development strategy. According to the general theory of enterprise strategic management, according to the logical sequence of strategic analysis, strategy formulation and selection, and strategy implementation, this paper formulates a set of detailed development strategy planning schemes for J Group. This paper applies the systematic research method of combining theory with practice, synthetically uses several common strategic management analysis tools, including pest analysis method, Porter five-force analysis model, enterprise value chain analysis method and SWOT analysis method. Scientific, systematic and in-depth research and analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise are carried out, and the guiding ideology, orientation and goal of the enterprise's attributes and development strategy are clarified, and the relevant strategies and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy are selected and determined. The overall development strategy of Nanjing J Transportation Construction Group is to carry out market-oriented operation under the guidance of the government, to undertake the two missions of regional road construction and state-owned assets maintenance and appreciation, and to make the enterprise into a set of financing and investment. A large comprehensive transportation industry group, .J, which is a state-owned holding, autonomous and self-financing comprehensive transportation industry group, which integrates construction, operation and service, adapts to the market environment, will focus on "transportation" and strengthen the construction of transportation infrastructure in the regional scope. Promote the development of transportation related industries, constantly enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and achieve the overall development objectives of enterprises. In this paper, through the use of strategic management related theories and tools to conduct in-depth research and analysis of J Group, for the development of enterprises to provide a scientific basis for decision-making.
