寧波FP公司商業(yè)模式研究

【摘要】:伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,企業(yè)參與國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)面臨越來越多的挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力優(yōu)勢(shì)已不再局限于單一的產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)、人才等要素,也不再局限于戰(zhàn)略、市場(chǎng)、組織管理等優(yōu)勢(shì),企業(yè)提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵已轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閼?zhàn)略定位、客戶市場(chǎng)、組織管理、盈利模式、產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)等要素的整合與協(xié)同,商業(yè)模式競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力決定了企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的商業(yè)模式研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合企業(yè)能力資源和外部環(huán)境的戰(zhàn)略選擇,以寧波FP公司為案例,,探討我國(guó)企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式構(gòu)成要素與管理改進(jìn)策略。本文首先介紹了研究的背景,對(duì)研究問題作了基本描述,同時(shí)梳理了本文的研究思路與研究方法,并探討了研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn);其次,結(jié)合前人的研究,詳細(xì)討論了商業(yè)模式的基本內(nèi)涵、劃分類型、構(gòu)成要素、經(jīng)典研究框架以及要素關(guān)系演化,并從理論視角明確了由戰(zhàn)略定位、供應(yīng)商與渠道、業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)、產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)、客戶、以及盈利模式六大要素構(gòu)成的企業(yè)商業(yè)模式案例分析框架;再次,在此基礎(chǔ)之上以我國(guó)知名的汽車零配件進(jìn)出口公司寧波FP公司為例,詳細(xì)從六個(gè)維度探討了公司商業(yè)模式的現(xiàn)狀與優(yōu)劣性;最后,結(jié)合寧波FP公司現(xiàn)有商業(yè)模式的不足,分別針對(duì)寧波FP公司的戰(zhàn)略、供應(yīng)商與渠道、客戶、產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)、業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)、盈利模式等方面提出了管理改進(jìn)意見。 基于本文的研究探討,可得出以下研究結(jié)論:1.戰(zhàn)略定位、供應(yīng)商與渠道、業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)、產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)、客戶、以及盈利模式共同構(gòu)成了商業(yè)模式分析與運(yùn)營(yíng)的基本要素,相互之間構(gòu)成的系統(tǒng)可以作為商業(yè)模式理論與實(shí)踐探討的重要借鑒;2.寧波FP公司缺乏商業(yè)模式的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合六大要素的管理改進(jìn)策略有效協(xié)同,可以作為公司商業(yè)模式競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的重要保障,也可作為行業(yè)其他企業(yè)商業(yè)模式運(yùn)作的參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing more and more challenges to participate in domestic and international competition. The advantages of enterprise core competitiveness are no longer limited to the single product, technology, talent and other factors, and are no longer limited to the advantages of strategy, market, organization and management, and the key to the enterprise to improve the competitive advantage has been changed into strategic positioning, customer market, Organization and management, profit mode, integration and coordination of products and services, and so on, and the competitiveness of business mode determines the sustainable development of enterprises.
On the basis of the existing business model research at home and abroad, combining the strategic choice of enterprise capacity resources and external environment, this paper takes Ningbo FP company as a case to discuss the elements of business model and management improvement strategy of Chinese enterprises. This paper first introduces the background of the research, gives a basic description of the research problems, and combs the paper at the same time. The research ideas and methods are discussed, and the innovative points and difficulties are discussed. Secondly, the basic connotations, types, elements, the classic research framework and the evolution of the relationship are discussed in detail with the previous research, and the strategic orientation, the supplier and channel, the business system, the product and the product are clarified from the theoretical point of view. Service, customer, and profit model six major elements of enterprise business model case analysis framework. Again, on this basis, the well-known auto parts import and export company Ningbo FP company as an example, detailed from six dimensions to explore the status and advantages of the company business model in six dimensions; finally, combined with the existing business of Ningbo company business. The inadequacy of the model puts forward management improvement opinions on the strategy of Ningbo FP company, supplier and channel, customer, product and service, business system, profit model and so on.
Based on this study, we can draw the following conclusions: 1. strategic positioning, supplier and channel, business system, product and service, customer, and profit model constitute the basic elements of business model analysis and operation, and the system of each other can be used as an important reference for the discussion of business model theory and practice; 2. Wave FP company lacks the system design of business model and combines six major elements of management improvement strategy effectively. It can be an important guarantee for the promotion of the competitiveness of the business model of the company, and can also be used as a reference for the business model of other enterprises in the industry.
