【摘要】：尼龍的應(yīng)用具有相當(dāng)久遠(yuǎn)的歷史，其最早的應(yīng)用主要是在纖維方面，，尼龍材料具有多項(xiàng)優(yōu)異特性。 中國(guó)耐高溫尼龍行業(yè)，由于技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和公司的發(fā)展，以及歐盟無鉛制程的推行使舊的材料的耐熱性因不能滿足回流焊的要求而退出SMT產(chǎn)業(yè)，這給了高溫尼龍一段黃金發(fā)展時(shí)期，使得06年至08年間各大高溫尼龍均一直處于供不應(yīng)求的態(tài)勢(shì)�，F(xiàn)在正在緊張推進(jìn)的無鹵限制，使得高溫尼龍市場(chǎng)又在經(jīng)歷一次動(dòng)蕩。D中國(guó)公司推出的HTN系列耐高溫尼龍材料正是順應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展需求。但在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)同時(shí)也面臨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 耐高溫尼龍具有很廣闊的應(yīng)用前景，主要在于它改性后能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)高性能化，其次就是汽車、電器、通訊、機(jī)械等產(chǎn)業(yè)自身對(duì)產(chǎn)品高性能的要求越來越強(qiáng)烈。相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，同時(shí)也促進(jìn)了工程塑料高性能化的進(jìn)程。 本文通過對(duì)耐高溫尼龍行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行廣泛、深入的調(diào)查研究，對(duì)耐高溫尼龍行業(yè)的國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展概況、市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、需求和供給、產(chǎn)品價(jià)格、市場(chǎng)集中度、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局、用戶需求等內(nèi)容做了廣泛的了解。 本文通過對(duì)D中國(guó)公司耐高溫尼龍的客戶的需求調(diào)查，分析總結(jié)出耐高溫尼龍存在的問題和機(jī)會(huì)，就如何提高客戶忠誠度，對(duì)D中國(guó)公司就耐高溫尼龍產(chǎn)品更好地適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展需要就產(chǎn)品，渠道，價(jià)格，服務(wù)等方面提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Nylon has a long history , its first application is mainly in fiber , nylon material has many excellent properties .

China ' s high - temperature resistant nylon industry , due to the technological advances and the development of the company , and the introduction of the European Union lead - free process , has made the heat resistance of the old material out of the SMT industry because of the failure to meet the requirements of reflow soldering .

The high - temperature resistant nylon has a wide application prospect , and is mainly characterized in that it can realize high performance after modification , and secondly , the automobile , the electric appliance , the communication , the machinery and the like are more and more strongly demanded for the high performance of the product , and the rapid development of the related industries also promotes the high - performance process of engineering plastics .

In this paper , the market situation of the high temperature resistant nylon industry is widely and deeply investigated , and the domestic development situation , market size , demand and supply , product price , market concentration , competition pattern and user demand of the high temperature resistant nylon industry are widely understood .

Based on the demand of high temperature resistant nylon in D China , this paper analyzes the problems and opportunities of high temperature resistant nylon , and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the customer loyalty , and to better adapt to the development of the market for the high temperature resistant nylon products .
