【摘要】：尼龍的應(yīng)用具有相當(dāng)久遠(yuǎn)的歷史，其最早的應(yīng)用主要是在纖維方面，尼龍材料具有多項(xiàng)優(yōu)異特性。 中國(guó)耐高溫尼龍行業(yè)，由于技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和公司的發(fā)展，以及歐盟無(wú)鉛制程的推行使舊的材料的耐熱性因不能滿足回流焊的要求而退出SMT產(chǎn)業(yè)，這給了高溫尼龍一段黃金發(fā)展時(shí)期，使得06年至08年間各大高溫尼龍均一直處于供不應(yīng)求的態(tài)勢(shì)。現(xiàn)在正在緊張推進(jìn)的無(wú)鹵限制，使得高溫尼龍市場(chǎng)又在經(jīng)歷一次動(dòng)蕩。D中國(guó)公司推出的HTN系列耐高溫尼龍材料正是順應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展需求。但在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)同時(shí)也面臨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 耐高溫尼龍具有很廣闊的應(yīng)用前景，主要在于它改性后能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)高性能化，其次就是汽車、電器、通訊、機(jī)械等產(chǎn)業(yè)自身對(duì)產(chǎn)品高性能的要求越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈。相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，同時(shí)也促進(jìn)了工程塑料高性能化的進(jìn)程。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)耐高溫尼龍行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行廣泛、深入的調(diào)查研究，，對(duì)耐高溫尼龍行業(yè)的國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展概況、市場(chǎng)規(guī)模、需求和供給、產(chǎn)品價(jià)格、市場(chǎng)集中度、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局、用戶需求等內(nèi)容做了廣泛的了解。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)D中國(guó)公司耐高溫尼龍的客戶的需求調(diào)查，分析總結(jié)出耐高溫尼龍存在的問題和機(jī)會(huì)，就如何提高客戶忠誠(chéng)度，對(duì)D中國(guó)公司就耐高溫尼龍產(chǎn)品更好地適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展需要就產(chǎn)品，渠道，價(jià)格，服務(wù)等方面提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The application of nylon has a long history, its earliest application is mainly in fiber, nylon material has many excellent properties. And the introduction of the lead-free process in the European Union made the heat resistance of the old materials withdraw from the SMT industry because it could not meet the requirements of reflux welding, which gave a golden development period for high-temperature nylon. So that between 2006 and 2008, the major high-temperature nylon has been in short supply situation. Now the halogen free restriction which is being pushed forward makes the high temperature nylon market go through another turbulence. D China's HTN series of high temperature resistant nylon materials are in line with the development demand of the market. But it also faces fierce market competition in China. High temperature resistant nylon has a broad application prospect, mainly because it can be modified to achieve high performance, followed by cars, electrical appliances, communications, The demand for high performance of machinery and other industries is becoming stronger and stronger. The rapid development of related industries has also promoted the process of high performance engineering plastics. Through extensive and in-depth investigation and research on the market situation of high temperature resistant nylon industry, the domestic development of high temperature resistant nylon industry is reviewed. Market size, demand and supply, product price, market concentration, competition pattern, customer demand, etc. This paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and opportunities of high temperature resistant nylon, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve customer loyalty and how D China company can better adapt to the market development of high temperature resistant nylon products, such as products, channels, prices, services, and so on.
